The sink closet area and the bathroom doors do not match and create issues when opening and closing. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Worst shower ever
Publié le 15 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe tv, shower and lighting in bathroom, incomprehensible, especially the shower. It should’ve had some labeling or instructions that how do you work the damn thing plus the hot water was as scalding temperature.

If you book this hotel remember to book another hotel too at the same time. They will deny the room you booked any time without any care. Front desk lies and when you catch them they will blame it on third party in this case Expedia. If you ask for any service, answer will be coming in 5 min even if it’s the toilet blocked and family members waiting to use it. Their 5 min can be any number of hours. Then you keep on calling they will not pick up. I checked in with one disable person and a kid a 9:30pm, all were very tired and front desk denied the type of room I booked and gave me one room with one bed. First blamed me for it then blamed Expedia. When asked for manager put me on hold for some time and then provided me with email to send concerns. When I asked for next morning to meet manager, answer was they are not sure, as they to check manager’s schedule for it he have time to meet hotel guest with concerns.
I will never ever book Westin hotel and will never let me family and friends to book it.
I checked in at 9:30pm and checked out in 2.5 hrs. They never cared or even bothered to see that a guest is leaving in middle of night with a disable person and a kid.
I am not sure how should I say that these type of people works in hospitality business.
