Aloha and E Komo Mai! Welcome to the Hale Ohana Kauai (Family House) in beautiful North Shore of Kauai, nestled in the premier resort area of Princeville.

New luxurious pool and spa for the whole family. This tropical retreat is a bright and spacious home and is perfectly suited for families and groups with ample indoor and outdoor living and dining spaces.

-Newly installed air conditioning in main living area. Cooling in bedrooms provided by trade winds and ceiling fans
-Backyard opens to Emmalani Park, plenty of green space with waterfall views, basketball court, and a volleyball court. Our home is equipped with sports equipment so you can enjoy this open park area.
-Walking distance to Princeville shopping center, Community Center, playground, walking path, and the Princeville Makai Golf course.
-Short bike ride or drive to scenic beaches and trails such as Queen’s Bath, Hideaways Beach, Pu’u Poa Beach, Hanalei town and pier, Tunnels Beach, Ke’e Beach, Anini Beach, and the Na Pali Coast hiking trailhead.
-The house is equipped with beach towels, beach toys, bikes, and Yeti coolers for all-day beach adventures.
-Large open floor plan with a spacious living room with 50-inch smart tv, dining room, and kitchen on the top floor. The living room has plenty of seating for the entire family with two couches, multiple chairs, and a daybed.
-Large lanai with amazing park and mountain views, includes outdoor seating and dining.
-Spacious master bedroom with an additional pullout futon and master bath with large open shower is located on the bottom floor.
-The bottom floor also includes two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds, and a full bath. There is a bonus room that opens to the downstairs lanai with a day bed.
-Downstairs lanai has cozy seating areas as well as loungers to soak up the Hawaiian sun
-The central floor features a loft room with two twin beds and a half bath.
-Large windows and ceiling fans in the living rooms, bedrooms, and upstairs lanai allow the Hawaiian trades to comfortably cool the home.
-Fully outfitted modern kitchen. Make fresh brewed coffee with our Keruig coffee machine. Make all of your favorite recipes with all new cookware, bake ware, toaster, rice cooker, dishes, and cutlery.
-Refreshing outdoor shower
-Free High Speed wifi is available throughout the house and lanais.
-Our home is a no-smoking property.
-Exterior cameras are present on the property for security purposes. The coverage areas include the driveway and the front door entrance. There are no interior cameras.

Beautiful Princeville Vacation Home
This is a great home located in the heart of Princeville. Beautiful sunsets from the deck and nice North Shore Breeze is always blowing thru the house. The new pool and spa are amazing. Short walk or bikeride to all the good beaches and bars in Princeville. I would stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

Great home in a beautiful location
This was actually our third time staying at this house and it never disappoints. It's North Shore location is a perfect spot and access to beaches, golf, hiking, dining, just about everything you need. Would 100% stay here again.

Perfect Home to Enjoy the Island
We loved this home for our vacation. There were 8 of us total, 4 teenagers and 4 adults and it was perfect! Very clean, very comfortable, had everything we needed for our 9 day stay. Loved having the bikes and loved the location. We walked to the stores and park many times and it was so easy to hop on a trail for a long walk. And the lanai was perfect to take in the beautiful weather, enjoy a meal and play board games. Check in & check out were seamless. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We Plan To Return!
We had a wonderful week-long stay at this Princeville property with our family this summer. Much needed after a busy season in Los Angeles. The location was perfect and the property itself was beautiful and clean, with everything we needed to feel right at home. The management team was also incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great vacation spot in Princeville and hope to come back ourselves next year!

WONDERFUL HOUSE for fam of 10
Our family of 10 including teens-infants stayed here for 12 days. The home is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood about 10 min from hanalei bay. It had every basic thing you could need. However, a few of the screens on the windows are broken or in need of repair and since the windows are always open we dealt with ALOT of bugs and even geckos getting inside. The kitchen was especially bad with bugs all over the ceilings. The communication was great, and the listing was accurate. We appreciated the arrival gift of fresh fruit. But something needs to be done about pest control.

Amazing Home in Princeville
I would stay here again anytime we visit Kauai. The home is fabulous. Great details to help guests. Our 84 year old mom was in heaven. The rest of the family enjoyed the outdoor shower, decks, flowers left in home and all the amenities. 5 star for sure.

Beautiful home made for a wonderful vacation
Our stay in Liza's Princeville home was absolutely wonderful. The house was spacious and had more than enough rooms for all of us to sleep. The kids enjoyed all the games and the loft area. We all enjoyed hanging out on the lanai that over looked the back yard and park. We also really appreciated the use of the bikes, beach gear (which even included a cooler!) and the basketballs. The market was a short walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back!

So Much Fun!
Liza is a great host! This is our 2nd year in a row staying 28 nights in her rental property and we'll be looking to book for another monthly 3rd stay around same time next year. North Shore Princeville does not disappoint. My nieces are 4 and 8, my father in law is pushing 80 and we all had a great time as this house is a great central place for family to gather and create memories. Thank you Liza!

Great spacious home in great location
House was very comfortable for 2 families of 5 (ages 8-12 and a 15 year old) Very spacious. plenty of room in the yard for the kids to run around. Neighbors who lived on the street who we interacted with were very nice. Great location for exploring the island and a close walk to the shopping center/grocery store. Had to get ahold of the owners with an issue that was of our doing and they were very accommodating and communication was quick and easy.

Perfect for our large family
This house couldn’t have been more perfect for our large family (grandparents, siblings, cousins). Each family had a room and the living space had a lot space that it didn’t feel cramped and gave some extra space to quietly have their alone time. The location and amenities was perfect for this family of readers (walking distance to the library), explorers (bikes in the garage), gamers/puzzlers (lots of options in the house), beach go-ers (provided sand toys, beach chairs, picnic blanket, cooler), fitness junkies (walking distance to neighborhood exercise equipment and even a playground next to it for the kids). It really was the perfect space and location. The owners/managers were very responsive and responded right away when we needed something too.

Beautiful Princeville home near Hanalei beach
The house was beautiful and spacious. They left a fruit basket on the counter welcoming us to the house full of papayas, (best) mangos, and (yummy) bananas. There are plenty of beds but only 1 king, 1 queen. All other beds are smaller, and one of them is in a common space. The person who slept in the common space used an additional closet in the downstairs hallway. The only bad thing I can say is that the floors didn't feel entirely clean, but if you don't walk around barefoot, then it's not a problem. Everything else was clean and tidy. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked with pots, pans, plates, and more, making it easy to cook at the house. They have lots of beach chairs, some boogie boards, and some snorkeling equipment that came in handy. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly. Once a week, they have a little farmers market selling fruits, food, soaps, teas, clothing, bags, and more. One thing to be aware of is that it is about an1hr from the airport (Lihue) and 1hr 30 min to Koloa. Most of the ATVs, ziplining, and boat charters tend to be on that side of the island. We drove there about 6 out of 8 days that we were there. If you are not planning to do many activities or don't mind the drive (we didn't and got to see lots of the Island), then I definitely recommend staying in the Princeville area.

Amazing time!
What an an amazing place to stay! The home is well equipped with everything that you would need. We were back and forth between Hanalei Bay and the house. The home is conveniently located so you can walk to the market to get coffee. The host are extremely nice and easy to get in touch with. We loved our stay and already planning to return!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great with beautiful scenery. Couple concerns were that the air conditioning unit did not cool the space, making it a bit uncomfortable at night especially when trying to sleep and the sleeping availability is not as accommodating for adults, as one room had a day bed that is more accommodating for children.

Tranquility in Paradise
A truly tranquil and comfortable home and neighborhood! On arrival we had a gorgeous floral bouquet and a basket of island fruits waiting for us - a great welcome ! We were a party of 9 and the house was big enough for more without it feeling cramped. The home is as described and had loads of "extras" including board games, beach chairs and k-cups. Not a big issue (since the grocery store is minutes away), but we would have loved it if the home came with salt, pepper and sugar. The home is located close in Hanalei Bay and beaches with the best snorkeling! But I'm leaving the best for last: this vacation would not have gone smoothly if it weren't for the impeccable communication from Liza - especially during emergencies. By staying here, one feels there's always someone on standby to help with any and all issues that arise. Also, the host provided a playlist that made our vacation extra special ! Mahalo!

Another great trip to Kauai
We loved the property and it's convenient location very close to our favorite attractions on the island (beautiful and laid back Hanalei and amazing north shore beaches, Napali coast and Kalalau trail). The house itself was very comfortable in a beautiful Princeville neighborhood. We loved the morning jogs on paved sidewalks (lots of joggers and walkers in later mornings) and easy access to Foodland grocery store and local restaurants, coffee shop and boutiques. Definitely would highly recommend this home to anyone. Thank you!
