Thank you for your review. I'm so glad to hear that you enjoyed everything about the room. Yes, there is an air conditioning system in Sandpiper condo. It's located behind the loveseat size sofa. It's possible that you didn't see it?

The surroundings were peaceful and the location was central for the activities we planned. Communication with Mike was great before and during our stay. We would definitely return.

Great place but not if you want to cook anything.

Just special note it’s not super quick with a lot of little things that you think you might need. There are some nice things that have been left by previous people. It is definitely not set up for you to cook in anyway. Only a microwave to warm things. If you think you’re going to be able to cook there, you definitely cannot. Refrigerator is small sized. This is for anyone with a family or a small budget and not wanting to eat out all the time.

Publié le 14 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThis place is perfect for a short stay. It's small, but the lanai makes it larger and becomes the living/dining room. Pool is great, communication with owner easy. Note that there is no kitchen, but there is a small toaster, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, so it's perfect for preparing breakfasts and lunches and warming up takeout. Comfortable bed, and I love the key-less entry.

Mike ist ein guter Host, beantwortet alle Fragen sofort und korrekt, wir hatten keinerlei Probleme.
