SPECTACULAR OCEAN FRONT VIEW FROM EVERY ROOM- PRINCEVILLE/HANALEI

A beautiful, unobstructed view of the deep blue Pacific Ocean from every room! Our condo is located on an ocean bluff at ocean's edge, affording a 180 degree view of the ocean from every room. Along with spectacular waves crashing throughout the day and night, you will see an ongoing parade outrigger paddlers; sea kayaks; humpback whales spending their winter vacation here from about December to April while the females give birth; turtles feeding directly below on the reefs at Turtle Cove; fishermen in the surf at the beach; small boats of various descriptions; a cacophony of birds; and exceptional rainbows. You can even lie in bed at night watching and listening to the waves while you drift off to sleep.

The ocean breeze is so invigorating and peaceful. We're surrounded by the most beautiful beaches in Kauai! Located in beautiful Princeville and next door is Hanalei Bay, home to Puff the Magic Dragon. There is so much to do in this area, from relaxing to playing.

The condominium is a spacious 1100 square feet and has been completely updated. The unit is all on one level, and is located on the main floor of the building, just 6 steps up from the parking lot. Both bedrooms have king sized beds. There are travertine floors throughout, and granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. There is an on site pool with chairs, restrooms and an outdoor shower. Tennis and Pickleball are available at the nearby Makai Club with no charge.

We have a washer & dryer and provide shower supplies such as shampoo, condition, and soap. All the amenities needed so that you can pack light.

The master bedroom has a California king Stress O’ Pedic mattress, ensuite master bathroom with dual headed marble and glass shower and Sanijet hydromassage tub. The guest bedroom has a California king pillow-top bed, and a bathroom with dual headed marble and glass shower located just across the hall.
The sofa in the living room is a queen sleeper - quite comfortable. There are extensive mirrors in both bathrooms including a magnifying make up mirror in the master bathroom.

Communications and electronic gear include a 52 inch LCD HD flat screen television in the living room, a 39” flat screen television in the master bedroom. Cable TV is provided for both TVs and there is a high speed internet and Wi Fi (wireless) connection. There are telephones located in the kitchen, master and second bedrooms that provide local service and can be used in conjunction with prepaid long distance calling cards.

Beach paraphernalia include boogie boards and snorkeling equipment. Beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels for both pool and ocean days.
