Very remote location & under construction! No visible office. Met by 1 female staff & saw no one else except for restaurant staff! No check in or out! Arranged for Taxi pickup for next morning but it never showed up! Had to talk with local to get one for departure! Made me late for flight! No customer service!

Wonderful retreat not far from Kiev!
Publié le 28 oct. 2018 sur HotelsMy wife and I (American and Canadian respectively) just wanted a quiet getaway evening for our daughter, Ukrainian son-in-law and grandson. The Park-Hotel Butenko Stable was very enjoyable with a very interesting milieu (i.e., active riding and training stable for show-jumping, etc.). The food and service were both excellent.
[A small disclaimer for those who are not so accustomed to Ukrainian tap water, the running water was slightly sulfuric, but the room was supplied with free drinking water and of course, the kitchen uses high quality water].
We were very pleased with our stay overall and will definitely return some time in the not too distant future.
