Publié le 4 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayApartment is an easy access up a flight of stairs very roomy. If your not afraid to walk its an easy distance to the city. Eats and coffee for the walk. Parking was great to have assigned and off street. Would stay there again.

Convenient respite
Publié le 18 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall great stay. Clean apartment and comfortable bed and couch. Spacious and everything we needed. TVs and AC units worked great. Parking was convenient and location was quiet and within 10 min walk to Atwells and Broadway. Many great restaurants. Secure entry and felt safe.
It is a second floor apartment of 3 floors which was not clearly disclosed, did not ever see other renters but could lightly hear them. Property could use some improvement-broken fence, trip hazard path to door and decomposing squirrel in yard (obviously out of your control but shows infrequent visits to property). Bathroom door needs to be replaced- was splitting and difficult to close.

Affordable and clean

The living room carpet needs to be replaced and most of the interior doors are hard to close. With that said, it’s a reasonably priced, safe and pretty comfortable.

Convenient and comfortable
Publié le 15 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe proximity of this apartment to Federal Hill and many restaurant choices makes it very convenient. Also having off street parking is a big plus. The apartment is outfitted with most of the things you’ll need for your stay. What would have made this place better would have been a bathroom tub that was fully glazed and having top sheets in the beds. I was surprised that the bedding provided did not include top sheets. Host was also very accommodating and quick to communicate and answer any questions.

Convenient and QUIET!
Publié le 8 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property was a perfect location for Federal Hill/Little Italy and an easy walk to the RI Convention Center (~20min) with good coffee on the way. It was super quiet, had all the basics, and was exactly what we needed. I wish I had noticed that it did not have wifi, but this didn't impact the quality of our stay.

Perfect Location!
Publié le 11 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe loved staying here! It was exactly as described. We had everything we needed and walked to restaurants/bars every night. If we wanted to go to the city, it was a cheap Uber and a 10 minute drive. We would absolutely stay here again!

A perfect location to the convention centre! Well appointed. Very comfortable beds. The comforters were so cozy! Excellent parking. Would book again!

Great location, good value
Publié le 22 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe picked this place primarily for the prime location & low price. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars. Private parking was great, as well as a fenced in yard to park our bikes rather than leave them on the car. The space was large and well appointed, and having 2 AC units was nice as we like sleeping in cooler temperatures. Value is hard to beat, but there were a few details preventing me from rating 5 stars all around. Firstly, there was only 1 roll of toilet paper in the whole unit. I asked the host if there was more, he replied that he would drop some off but never did. We were just about out by the end of our stay. Another detail was a lack of bed top sheets, there was just a fitted bottom sheet & a thick comforter on each bed, not ideal. Finally, an info pamphlet with wifi password & other pertinent info like most places provide would have been nice, as I had to request the password from the host. Apparently it was provided on the vrbo app, but not on the website or email confirmations. Without another unneeded app installed I had no way of knowing.
Overall it was a positive experience though and we would definitely stay here again if the TP & bedsheet issues were resolved.
