Disapointed

While all the employees were wonderful, attentive and polite we found the room so so. The beds and pillows were too soft, it was hard to maintain even temp in the room. One minute it was cold and then whenthe heat kicked in it was stifling. The hallways and the elevator were freezing as was the lobby except when you got that blast of hot air from the electric heater plugged in. The main reason we booked this hotel was because it had an indoor pool. We were really looking forward to that. It did not say that it was an UNHEATED pool. That was very disapointing.

Great find minutes from Providence

The front desk was very helpful. Great location minutes from the highway. Great breakfast section in the morning. With 24hr coffee and tea available. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Hopefully they can do better

The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. There was only decaffeinated coffee available in the room and when we asked for regular coffee we were told there wasn’t any. The one and only treadmill in the fitness room did not work. The only ice maker in the hotel was on the 2nd floor.
