As soon as you arrive you'll be welcomed by the homeless about 50 ft away as there is a shelter down the street. We should all care about these unfortunate souls, but this is not what you expect when staying at at $350/night hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was too small for the price and several dog owners left their very barky and noisy dogs alone in the room. Staff did accommodate us by changing our room but we could still here them in the background. This hotel should be $200/night at most.

We understand the homeless, but unfortunately we can't do anything about them moving considering there's a rehab center next to us. However, we are glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise.

Fall weekend in Providence
Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HotelsGreat location with walking distance to bars, restaurants shopping and several universities. Close to airport and many interesting towns along the water to visit. Comfortable room with nice bath products and big towels. City noise got a little loud Saturday night but we played white noise on our phone. Good breakfast options and friendly staff. Valet went over and above to make sure our car was out front bf he came on duty so we could catch a plane.
