To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we require a brief background check. Guests can opt for a $500 refundable security deposit fee (+$15 transaction fee) or $35 non refundable waiver before providing check-in instructions. We kindly ask our guests to understand that in the event of any breach of the house rules, there may be a need for eviction from the property, along with an additional charge of at least $250. This charge will vary depending on the extent of any damages incurred. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Please also keep your fob with you at all times. We would be charging a $100 replacement fee should you lose the fob.

** We'd like to gently remind you that our standard check-in time is at 4 PM, with checkout scheduled for 11 AM. However, we are happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out whenever possible, provided there are no guests scheduled before or after your stay.

We ask all guests to please take a moment to photograph the parking pass and leave it on the kitchen counter. This will help us in preparing the space for our next guest.
