Dear Kelly, it is disheartening to be reading this review as we both know that I have done everything to accommodate you ladies, we have 3 ACs in our home and yes one of them unfortunately needed Freon which was resolved first thing in the morning of your arrival. The premises were indeed very cool with the 2 others units working as they should. I was there in person to assist and have done my best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible . We did all agree in person that the unit was in fact very cool. Unfortunately it seemed like you guys had other plans on island and we’re trying to get a refund from the beginning of your stay .. regarding the shared space , it is written in our title as well as our main description that our property is a semi detached and that the pool is a shared area. It is very clear . We work so hard to provide the best service possible to our guests & although sometimes things can take time on island (and also be quite challenging for us living on island). , in this case everything was handle within a few hours of your arrival. I have not received any notifications that you guys have left the property like you are mentioning above nor was any cancellation initiated on your end. Our premises were clean upon your arrival as I had inspected it myself , as for the pool we do have a garden and tall trees in our backyard which sometimes leaves can fall in the pool hence why we have weekly maintenance and leave skimmers for our guest to use at their discretion whenever leaves may have fallen in the pool. I have asked you guys for pictures as proof and never received anything from your end. 99% of the time we welcome lovely guests who appreciate our home and work with us with kindness & understanding when things arise and understand that I am there at any time to help resolve any issues , sometimes thankfully rarely we do unfortunately welcome guests who will find any excuses to get refund without true foundation . In this case I take full accountability for one of our ACs unit not working as it should upon check in though the issue was resolved within hours and so . This review is truly disappointing .
