Simplement le Paradis

Pour : Bel emplacement, très propre, calme. Très belle plage. La villa est très grande et possède beaucoup d'accessoires.
Contre : avoir une sécheuse et une plus grande piscine.
Emplacement : Quelques restaurant à proximité mais c'est mieux de louer une voiture. Épicerie à environ 5-10 en voiture et 45 min à pieds.
Nous avons séjourné au Atlantic Beach Ocean Villa (villa jasmine) pendant 14 nuits du 16 au 30 oct 2017. J'étais très anxieuse car nous étions seulement 5 semaines après le passage de l'ouragan Irma, mais la manager de l'hotel Sarah, avec qui j'ai échangé plusieurs courriels avant notre arrivée (famille de 5 avec enfant de 3 ans et une personne semi aveugle), m'a rassurée que tout serait correct pour notre arrivée et ce fut le cas. Luz, la personne en charge de la maintenance des villas fut très accueillante. Ce n'est pas notre première fois a Turks and caicos, nous somme allés au club med en 2013 et au sands en 2016. Et ce fut mon endroit préféré, car nous étions seul à la piscine et à la plage aussi. Ce fut extraordinaire. Malgré qu'il y a eu quand meme beaucoup de dommages sur l'ile, ils se remettent rapidement sur pied. Meme que dans certains quartiers il n'y a plus de traces d'Irma.

It was the off season so it was very peaceful and quiet. The private beach is beautiful and calm. The destination is a bit remote, so a car is necessary. There was a lack of communication, I emailed and messaged 4 days prior to check-in with no response. The property is located in a warm and humid climate - and since there are no stores nearby - the least you could they could do is provide a few bottles of water in each villa (I asked other guests and they had no water provided either) My room wasn’t serviced ONCE during my 3 day stay. I asked for a 1 hour late check out due to my flight delay and the property seemed pretty much empty and was told no. I hadn’t seen another guest in 2 days!!! Travelling alone and without a vehicle it would have been nice to have a bit better customer service. I travel VERY often and I’ve been to over 90 countries and while I liked the property - the customer service left a lot to be desired. Would not stay there again.

Mr. Spencer,We are very sorry that your experience was not as you had hoped. We strive to offer our guests the best possible experience leading up to their stay, during and after checking out. We appear to have fallen short here and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I personally spoke to you on the phone a couple of times during your stay with us, and was always immediately responsive and provided you with concise information, so do not feel that our communication was poor.I apologize that we were unable to provide you with a late check-out, but as I explained to you on the phone, we did have another incoming guest arriving and would need to access the room to have it ready for their arrival. I did not just say no without a fair reason. Given enough notice, we always try to accommodate late checks outs where we can. Unfortunately, your request to check out late was very last minute and we were simply unable to assist. We do apologize.I am pleased you noted that you did not see another guest for 2 days. It appears you assumed we were not busy, when actually all our villas were occupied. This is one of the wonderful aspects of our property. We can be full, but you feel like you're on your very own exclusive vacation.We hope you have a safe and pleasant journey home.RegardsChris

A bit dated, but recommended!

We stayed in the Magnolia Villa, which was the cheapest. I’d recommend one of the more expensive villas. The property was dated and missing some creature comforts, like lamps (the only lights were overhead bright lights) and wall artwork. But it was clean, cool, close to the beach, with great staff. We lost wifi for a full day, but they were quick to fix it. The pool is just a lap pool, but the chairs there and chairs and umbrellas on the private beach were great! If you want daily cleaning, you have to ask for it. Late September is a great time to go to this location! If you can, splurge for one of the more expensive villas.

Villa was very clean. Luz was very helpful and friendly. We arrived before check in but she was able to accommodate us. I would definitely recommend and book there again. We stayed in the orchid villa.

The villa was quaint and clean and had all the requirements we need. The pool was just steps from our door which was great. And even with other villas occupied we felt like we were the only ones there.
