This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cozy vacation suite located in the Leeward Palms area in Providenciales. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. You will be just a few minutes' drive away from the famous Grace Bay Beach and Grace Bay Strip with restaurants, Bars, shops and Supermarket.
The neighborhood is very friendly, safe and quiet. See video for a walkthrough of Kenai’s Place.
This home is very warm, welcoming and comfortable for long or short stays.

The space:
You can enjoy in sweet solitude while still having access to the Grace Bay Beach and Grace Bay Strip just minutes away…beach chairs included.

Guest access:
You will enjoy this full suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 full en-suite bathrooms, a full kitchen and a living room area. There is no sharing involved. So, you will have your full private access.
You can relax and enjoy the fresh morning breeze on our fully furnished porch or take a stroll to the world-famous Grace Bay beach which is about a 5-minute walk. (2 mins driving).
Also, it is worthy noting that the property is gated for extra security, and you will be provided with an access remote to gain entry to the property with your vehicle.

We love this place!
We stayed a week in Grace Bay and my experience was exceptional! The host made a point to get in touch with me days before my scheduled arrival and the property manager greeted us on site for a tour. Clean showers, rooms, kitchen, functioning Wi-Fi, AC, etc, all of the accommodations were on point. What made our experience perfect was the property manager. I have NEVER had a host as attentive as Dean! He was available at all hours by phone to give us recommendations on restaurants, taxis, and even put air in our tires when he noticed that the pressure was low! The location was only a short drive to beach. It was the perfect home away from home.

Roomy accommodations in quiet neighborhood.
Easy process. Owner responded to request for blankets. Nice to have coffee and basics in kitchen. On site laundry was helpful. Only issue was loose dogs in neighborhood. Internet worked well.

Wonderful Place
Beautiful and spacious unit in nice residential neighborhood. The host is very welcoming. Nice and private. House is very close to beaches (can walk or bike ride) or just few minutes drive- and also just few minute drive to middle of Grace Bay shopping and dining.
