This One bedroom suite located in the Turtle Cove area of Providenciales has one of the best possible views available at the La Vista Azul Resort. Being an end unit on the top floor of building four, it offers a very private and very quite escape from the busier Grace Bay area but at the same time has many amenities within a five minute walk.

We have 5 very nice restaurants including a wonderful little coffee shop called the Green Bean Cafe ( Great for an early morning coffee or pastry) Smith's Reef is also only a five minute walk and offers one of the best snorkeling spots in all of the Caribbean and it is accessible directly from the beach. Speaking of the beaches, Turks & Caicos have some of the best beaches anywhere in the world and again within a short walk from your condo.

This Condo is ideal for a couple or a young family with the pull out queen sofa sleeper for the kids to sleep on. Although the unit will sleep four it is not recommended for two couples. If your looking for a vacation spot without the crowds and the hustle and bustle of a large all inclusive resort then this is your spot.
**We also offer discounted rates on a Toyota four door compact car.** The car will be available onsite, Please inquire if interested.

Belle vue sur l’océan
Plusieurs accès à la plage mais une voiture est indispensable. Le condo a besoin de quelques travaux: pas de poignée extérieure sur la porte patio et le bbq est instable. Un kit de départ serait apprécié: sac à poubelle, savon à vaisselle, papier aluminium, etc. Nous avons tout de même apprécié notre séjour.

Great location in nice space
A few minor issues were quickly resolved and we enjoyed our stay, The furniture is a a bit tired but we didn't spend too much time inside. The bed and bedding were comfortable and clean. Washer and dryer were a bonus. Plenty of towels and we appreciated the beach towels and sand chairs, We loved the peace and quiet, pool and jacuzzi. We will return!

Wonderful Trip
You do need to rent a car from this location. We rented from Thrifty and their customer service was wonderful, but the car was a little beat up. However, the roads here are terrible so none of the rentals are great. Next time we plan to rent from Scooter Bobs. The condo was nice and clean, but the furnishings are outdated. That is reflecting in the price so overall a great value. The pool is convenient and the grounds are lovely. Food is expensive, so we ate in for lunch and went out for dinner most nights. The kitchen had everything we needed. One thing we lacked were towels but I found some in the closet but were not sure if they were clean so I washed them before using so we would have enough. There is only one part of a beach towel each. It would have been nice to have additional beach towels but we made do. We brought our own beach bag which was helpful but used the condo's cooler and beach chairs which were fine. We loved Chalk Sound, Taylor's Bay, Bight Beach, the beach in front of Coral Gardens (great snorkeling here) and the beach at the Ritz Carleton. More information about checking in and what to do when leaving would be helpful if provided up front through portal or in the Condo. We had to ask but Nosben responded quickly and was very nice. Overall it was a great trip and we would stay here again.

Wonderful experience and great value!
We enjoyed our honeymoon on the Islands and loved the views from the resort, large terrace, pools, hot tub and walkable to some of Turks’ amazing beaches. Couldn’t ask for a more gracious host who was very helpful and informative on all things. Nosben was a delight too. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

Beautiful suite, great location!
We loved our stay at La Vista Azul. Nosben and the owner were very accommodating and helpful. We would stay again!!! The unit is spacious and well appointed. The complex pool was great for an evening swim and perfectly located near Turtle Cove and near Smith Reef for great snorkeling, and close to Coral Gardens great beach time, and snorkeling in their protected reef.

We had a great stay! You will definitely need to rent a car to see the island and the other great beaches. There is a beach across the street but we wanted to see them all! The condo complex is set a ways back from the beach but the views and pool area are great! This is a great option to staying at a resort or hotel as long as you don't mind driving to other locations. Which we did a lot of. The sliders to the balcony had screen doors but they were broken and not in use. We wish they were. All the restaurants that were suggested to us by Annie were awesome!

We really needed to have the address before we arrived. They wouldn't let us out of immigration until they had located Nosben. He sent a woman with the key but with the wrong wifi numbers and the wrong numbers for Nosben. The taxi driver, Ronald, was mostly wonderful. We loved all the restaurants below. The condo was dark but very functional Too bad the microwave didn't work.

Nice condo , in a great location . Had most everything you needed . We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back . The only thing I would fix is the window in the bedroom could use a window covering , the light outside in the hallway is bright . I like it dark when I sleep (didn't bother the wife ).

Everything was fantastic. Nosben was amazing 😉 my only 1complaint is there’s no simple things like tablets for the dishwasher. Or Saran Wrap, maybe some oil. So you literally have to buy everything. The island isn’t cheap. So to buy everything and have to leave 90% of it is such a waste. But if it’s left for the next guest than that would help out along the way. Paying it forward. 😊

Quaint little property close to many things
We enjoyed the property. it worked out for our first time in TCI. What we didn't expect was all the construction/repair noise the last 4 mornings. Only during a few hours but during our most precious morning sleep. Air chisels on concrete that vibrate throughout. Apart from that, the unit was clean and functional. The bedroom area was the fist room when you open the front door. Seemed a bit odd but it worked out. The pics really didn't give us that sense so we were a bit skeptical when we first arrived. However, in the end, it was fine.

The place had everything we needed, very clean, has its own beach chairs easy to carry, close to one of the best beaches, best restaurants within walking distance ..magnolia and mango reef. The pool was just up the strair both for kids and adults only, nice views...nothing to complain.

Excellent stay and perfect location!
Our family selected this property for it's location. It's close to Smith's Reef, rental car and restaurants etc. The kids had a great time in the pool as it was warm and uncrowded. The condo was exactly as shown. The bed and pull out couch provided enough room for the 4 of us. Kitchen had everything we needed which was good as we ate most of our meals there. The balcony was a real nice bonus as it was large and we could all sit out and enjoy the view. Mike (the condo owner) was great. He was helpful and was VERY quick to fix a couple of small issues we had. His property manager was kind enough to give is a lift to the grocery store. Some notes about the area: Smith's Reef - best snorkeling we have ever done. Right off the beach and a 10-15 minute walk from the condo. Eagle Rays, Nurse Shark and Turtles to name a few. Rental Car - I would get one for at least a few days. Scooter Bob's is a 10 minute walk away. Restaurants - several within walking distance. Mike provided info on a bunch of them. We were very happy that we selected this condo. Thanks Mike!!!!!

amazing location, great condo, would come again
this condo was located in a resort - which really worked to our benefit. we were probably the closest to several of the suggested restaurants on the island: naughty gull (breakfast spot/lunch spot), mango reef (good dinner spot), sharbites bar and grill (bar, cool spot to have a lunch or a snack)..wine bar with beautiful views. its about a 20 minute walk to the grocery store. anyway - location wise. excellent. walking distance to the beach, snorkeling and some restaurants/resorts are just down the way. also fish fry on Thursday night - highly recommend, lots of little vendors, food is delicious (lobster especially), music. mike and annie - AWESOME!! there was a huge snow storm from where we were coming from and we ended up having to swap dates last minute. with no issue, they let us shift our vacation one day back and keep the condo one day forward (if that makes sense) - anyone extremely flexible and accommodating! also - mike got us from the airport which was super amazing because we weren't renting a car. transportation to the resort is probably around $24 dollars. mike also offered to take us to the grocery store to pick up the essentials. SO NICE. as a heads up to you drinkers, a 24 pack of corona is $70. so just be prepared :) my only one comment - and really just for planners - is to bring soap, shampoo and conditioner. the condo had everything we needed except that! not that its expected but we didn't bring any so we had to head back to the grocery store to get some things. they did have beach chairs, towels, fridge, dishwasher, laundry machine...so it was pretty great. also, the comment about the steps on another review cracks me up. yes, there are steps. its not that bad though haha its just three floors and the walk is worth it. plus we all probably need the exercise after eating all the food and drink in turks! anyway, great stay, beautiful weather, great food - highly recommend staying at this condo!

Condo was in a great location. Pool areas are beautiful and have large deck areas for lounging. Hot tub is cold. The beach in front was GORGEOUS and uncrowded. It has the benefit of being at the end of the famous Grace Bay beach front but not as busy or touristy. Restaurants were close by. I would recommend a car rental for getting groceries and exploring but it’s not necessary if you don’t mind eating out every meal. (Food is quite expensive by US standards. i was glad i packed and checked a suitcase full of packaged food for our breakfasts and lunches) Overall, we had an amazing time. The island has conveniences but isn’t so overdeveloped that you feel like just another tourist. Great island to visit!! Best beaches & the clearest, bluest ocean I’ve ever seen. ❤️❤️❤️

Great location, beautiful condo.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The building sits up high on a hill and you can see the ocean from the balcony, which is partly covered so you can choose to sit in the sun or the shade. There was always a nice breeze as well. The condo itself is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything we needed for our month long stay, including beach towels, coolers and beach chairs. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice place with good amenities and great owners
I have stayed in many units at La Vista Azul. The location is a nice alternative to Grace Bay and more reasonably priced. This unit has good appiiances, great internet, and good AC and hot water. These amenities stand out compared to other LVA units. The Apple TV is probably good for most but I had a hard time finding weather or other relevant local news. The stairs are always a challenge at LVA but not as bad as the 24hr light in hallway by bedroom window. I fixed that with a towel over window. The owners were responsive and had an onsite representative at hand quickly. Overall really great 4.5/5
