Bright 2-Bed open plan villa (sleeps 6) with large private pool just 250m walk to Pelican Beach (at the quiet eastern end of Grace Bay). Vaulted ceilings throughout. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath with shower fitting, sink & toilet), four-poster king-sized bed with memory foam mattress and high thread -count 100% cotton sheets. Large 2nd bedroom en-suite bath and queen-sized four-poster bed, coil sprung mattress, and high thread count 100% cotton sheets. Open-plan kitchen, dining, living area with leather sofa and Queen-sized day bed with a trundle twin bed underneath. (Please note only the bedrooms are air conditioned, there is no air conditioning in the living area). Cable, internet, Wi-fi, screened-in porch, a large outdoor patio for entertaining, Gas BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen, Frigidaire gas range/oven & fridge/freezer.Selection of novels, board games, beach towels. Half bath off the living area. Beach and bath towels provided. Hummingbird Villa stay
Bedrooms were clean and spacious. Owners truly have thought of just about every detail from beach chairs to scuba gear. We spent a lot of time at the beaches and we were truly grateful for the plethora of towels available to us. The kitchen was functional, the pool was great. The only gripe we had was that the main living area was not air conditioned.

Owners were super nice and using the house was super easy. Location was excellent, nice gated neighborhood, very near to a beautiful beach. Pool was perfect for my kids. Only complaint would be the lack of air conditioning in the living room/kitchen which we were aware of prior anyway so really it wasn't a problem at all. It is just very hot in Turks and we didn't want to hang out much in the living room or do any cooking b/c it was too hot. But the bedrooms were very cold and we slept fine. Owners also provide several beach chairs, coolers, ice packs, toys, floats which was super handy! Overall it was a very nice house, we just prefer A/C throughout a house.

Sooo good
Our family loved everything about Hummingbird Villa and it's location. Check in and communication was easy and timely. Made the 3 mins walk to very nice Pelican beach a few times. Very short drives to leeward/sunset beach and all grace bay beaches and locations. Made use of coolers and chairs (even delivered 2 new ones after check in) daily. In between beaches, made use of the great pool daily also. The house was also perfect size for 6 of us. AC was great in the bedrooms, most nights 1 or more kids even moved to non-AC living room because they got too cold (good thing!). Kitchen perfect for us to make breakfast daily. We would come back to the island and this villa next time in a heartbeat. Thanks!

Wonderful House
We had a great time at Hummingbird Villa! The house was very clean and comfortable. We worked remotely on 2 of our days there and the WiFi worked very well with no issues. The pool was a nice, cool break from the heat and we were very grateful for the umbrellas outside as well.

Tucked in a quiet neighborhood toward the east end of Provo. Only two of us, but plenty of space for several more. Everything you would need was supplied. Nice pool and screened in porch. Definitely would consider again.

Turks Vacation
Property was nice for the 4 of us. It was very nice having a private pool with a screened in patio. It would be nice to have a few essentials in the kitchen, aluminum foil (we only needed 1 piece), olive oil, etc. For use, larger beach towels (not kid size), 1 beach chair broken, 2 others rusted ready to break were afraid to use, 1 brand new. We had to pay for chairs and umbrellas at the public beach each day big expense.

Wonderful Neighborhood & Great Pool!
This home is located in a lovely neighborhood and residential setting. We felt very safe here. It was an easy walk to a beautiful beach and a short car ride to Grace Bay for restaurants and such. Our kids loved the pool, which was much bigger in person than it looks in the photos. The house is very spacious and very well set-up for beach life. We felt very lucky to have found this gem to stay in.

Had a great Time in Hummingbird Villa
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful Hummingbird Villa, It was a very enjoyable and relaxed stay. Property manager Mario is very helpful, chilled and responsive. The vacation home itself was beautiful, with tasteful decor and modern amenities that provided the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The spacious living areas were perfect for relaxing with kids, and the well-equipped kitchen made cooking meals a breeze. One of the highlights of my stay was the serene outdoor space, complete with a lush garden and a refreshing pool. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sunshine after a day of exploring the area. The location of the vacation home was also ideal, with easy access to nearby Leeward beach and Grace Bay attractions. I can't say enough positive things about my experience at this vacation home. From the comfortable accommodations to the attentive hospitality, every aspect of my stay was truly exceptional. I highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Incredible Location, Great House but "well-loved"
Everything about this stay was convenient and smooth - the check in was easy, the hosts were accessible, the house had all sorts of beach niceties and everything was clean and operational. That said, the furnishings here are in definite need of a refresh, from stained mirrors, warped raw wood countertops to old furniture, it's a well-loved place in an incredible location and you can't do better for the price vs value. We'll probably be back, but hope that there will be a quick refresh in the meantime!

Great location
The house offered everything you might need for a vacation. Pool is terrific, all the amenities you might need, clean and very comfortable. But the best feature is the location. Probably one of the finest areas on the island that isn't directly on the water. Very close to the beach but also close enough to Grace Bay. Overall package made for a wonderful vacation. We'll be back!

Perfect in Every way!
This is the third time we have been fortunate enough to stay at this fabulous house!! Everything is wonderful! The location, the amenities, the pool, neighborhood, the cleanliness , communications, the privacy, and we love the care taker, Mario! We feel safe in the neighborhood where I run every morning , the pool is cleaned weekly and it’s private so I can swim laps daily! Every time we come, we notice another little upgrade inside, we absolutely love every minute of our vacation, because we can stay HERE!!

Best Kept Secret For Relaxing…
Great pool. 5-6 minutes to beach. Grill. Beach chairs. Umbrellas. Mom & I brought all our own food from the States. Didn’t eat out once. Perfect. Let me check in a little early because I am a Flight Attendant. Very clean & spacious. Plus a little kitty came to visit one AM by the pool. Made me at home.
