This was our first time in Turks and Caicos and we are so glad that we stayed at the Tides!!
The staff in the reception was so pleasant, helpful and always checking if we needed anything. The guys that took our chairs and umbrellas to the beach every day were the best!
We will definitely go back to Tides on our next trip !! The
location was perfect!! Thank you for the wonderful time!!
If I was to suggest something to better this place it would be to have accessibility to a BBQ grill. It would make our home meals so much easier.

The staff was amazing- such a friendly warm, helpful staff. Location was good, and rooms were spacious. I wish I rented a car!!

Manipulative Tactics

When we got here, they stuck us in a side room with hardly any view of the ocean, let alone Ocean Front. They said they were sold out of ocean front rooms. But then why even offer an “Ocean Front” for people to be able to book an “Ocean Front”?

Good day,Per your reservation you booked a 1 bedroom Pool View. We do not offer ocean front rooms. Also your room was on the 3rd floor, the pictures you submitted are on the outside of the building on the ground, not from your balcony on the 3rd floor. We can not change a 3rd party reservation, you received the room you reserved. You also reserved a room for 2 adults however you came with 4 guest. This is what you put into your reservation that you booked through Expedia.Warm Regards,Management

I recommend Tides, the staff were nice and friendly. And it’s steps away from the beach.

This is a great property. The beach and dining options are less than a 3-minute walking distance from the property. Overall, it's great.

Unit was spacious inside and outside, Cleaned well daily and stocked with clean towels etc. Staff very helpful and attentive to needs. My only issue was the safe being located in the floor and there was no light in closet. Very happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again.

We recently stayed at The Tides for 7 days and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The apartment was well-equipped, and having a washing machine and dryer was a significant plus. The kitchen had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach was fantastic, and we appreciated the provided umbrellas and lounges.
