Wonderful stay!
Publié le 25 août 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat location, close to dining, grocery stores, and nightlife. Staff very friendly and helpful booking excursions. The view is amazing with beautiful crystal clear blue water. Beach amenities provided free of cost.

Villa 308
Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a lovely stay at Villa Renaissance 308. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all comfortable, spacious and clean. The washer/dryer and dishwasher offered the conveniences of home. Coffee and tea provided made it convenient to sip coffee and enjoy the beautiful terrace overlooking Grace Bay. Villa was centrally located to grocery, restaurants and shops. Would recommend updating the cookware; some pans are ready for retirement. Kitchen could use a pair of tongs, a whisk, and a cookie sheet. Thank you for a great stay. We hope to be back!

Amazing
Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay was wonderful from start to finish! We were within walking distance to almost everything. We had house keeping everyday and the beach was never crowded. There were always plenty of chairs and umbrellas to use at the beach, as well as fresh towels at the front desk. Plan your vaca here and you will not be disappointed 🎉.

Two week family vacation
Publié le 1 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property and unit were beautiful! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is Amazing! Unfortunately during our stay we had a bad rain storm and the ceiling leaked in the living room and water flooded from the wall (outside patio) they decided to come fix the ceiling the day before we checked out. I would have thought that they would have waited til we checked out. Instead we had repairs being done in the living room while we were enjoying the last day of vacation. Ladders, workmen, plastic, tools. just not what we were expecting. I would have expected this from a cheap hotel,but not this place. Also the workman said they wanted to get these repairs done before the next guests checked in… what about the current guests?!

great family getaway
Publié le 8 mai 2024 sur HomeAwaythis was our 3rd year in villa 308. the location of the property is perfect, you can walk anywhere you need to go (restaurants, grocery store, coffee, etc). the pool is never over crowded and the beach is lovely. villa renaissance doesn’t have all the frills of the fancy hotels it’s surrounded by but it’s perfect for families or those looking for a more simple getaway.
