Villa Tropica has been fully remodeled in the fall of 2022 : All Windows, inside/outside floor, Kitchen, all bedrooms/Bathrooms and all furniture are brand new.

Villa Tropica is a vacationer's Paradise, nestled in the upscale villa community of Leeward which borders Grace Bay shopping and restaurant district, and surrounded by 4 great beaches, a Casino and a Golf course.

Home to the Best Beach in the World, breathtaking hues from inviting waters, and legendary diving, snorkeling and fishing, the Turks & Caicos Islands beckon you to an undiscovered Caribbean.

The Villa will boast 4500 sq-ft of living space surrounded by half an acre of tropical landscaping. The lush tropical garden and the pergola provides cooling shade after a day playing at the beach.

This luxury villa features five spacious, well-appointed bedroom suites, a gourmet kitchen, large living and formal dining room, secondary living room, game room, laundry room, 30 feet chromatic private pool, and lots of outdoor dining and lounging space in a lush garden. Relax yourself in the hammock surrounded by Palms !

Beautiful powdery white sand and gin-clear waters of Pelican Beach, a mere 2 minutes walk away from the villa and spans over 3.5 mi into Grace Bay Beach which is another 12.5 mi stretch. Anyone for beach walking?

The calm waters provide crystal clear visibility and only a foot or two deep out to about 15 feet from shore, great for small kids as well as areas for diving.

Pelican Beach is known as 'the best-kept secret' as its unspoiled nature lends to photographers seeking to capture the heart of the islands.

Grace Bay area is 2 miles away where you can find a large and quality supermarket, stores and restaurants. There is also a convenience store within a mile from the villa at Bleu Haven. Meals can be ordered and picked up for breakfast, lunch and dinner from Fresh Bakery at the Atrium (0.3 mi). There is also a Pergola for alfresco dining with an outdoor gas BBQ grill and dining table in the gardens.

In the living room are plush sofas sufficient for 10 persons to sit comfortably while watching television on the big flat-screen Smart TV with cable service.

Kids will enjoy the pool and the pool toys. Use provided beach chairs and umbrellas to fully enjoy your day at the beach. Island is safe for jogging, walking, cycling.

The master bedroom features a walk-in shower, walk-in closets, King Bed, air conditioning with a relaxing view on the palm gardens. Green Bedroom has a walk in shower, Queen Bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, door leading out to the pool area. Turquoise Bedroom and Bleu Bedroom share a jack and Jill Bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both have Queen Bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and garden views. All bedrooms are equipped with Plush Egyptian cotton linens.

The suite is open for large group or when a fifth bedroom is required. The suite features an ensuite bath with shower, King Bed, private living room with a sofa bed, LCD television, air conditioning and two ceiling fans.

The villa is located in the upscale, safe neighborhood and security patrolled of Leeward. In addition, guests can feel more secure in using the room safe. Guests are welcome to use the unlimited Wi-Fi .

Our property manager will do a brief orientation of the Villa upon arrival. He will be available to you throughout your stay to answer questions, make recommendations on dining and activities, and address any problems that may arise. We want our guests to have a truly fantastic vacation, and we are here to assist you with both your vacation planning and on-island needs !

Family vaycay
My family and I stayed for seven days at this beautiful home. The host was very accommodating and had great communication. We had wide range of needs as we had a one year old toddler to a 80-year-old grandmother. The home is at advertise we had an overall great day. Location was near site we wanted to visit. And the neighborhood felt safe.

Problems at Villa Tropica
The property description on VRBO included a vehicle (Santa Fe SUV). After making the initial payment, Dany informed me that the vehicle was no longer available, although it remained on the VRBO posting. Upon check-in, we were told that the front gate key pad didn’t work, but would be fixed - it wasn’t fixed. The master bedroom shower did not have 2 of the 3 shower heads operable. The Jack and Jill bathroom shower flooded the two bedrooms, because the tile floor is too flat (this was pointed out by the maintenance man). The air conditioner in the upstairs bedroom did not operate properly because of a missing remote (also pointed out by the maintenance man). Air conditioning in the villa’s center rooms did not operate for several days. The pool water was dirty, requiring regular skimming, because the water level was too low for the filtering system. The toilet in the kitchen bathroom did not work for the final 4 days of our stay. The gas grill had so much grease buildup that when we turned it on, it caught fire - both on the grilling surface and below. The rear property, surrounding the pool, was overgrown and dirty. We have submitted photos of these conditions to the owner and property manager, requesting a rebate for part of our stay. In talking with neighbors, we wondered how this property received so many 5 star ratings, their response was that those ratings were “bought by the owner”.

Amazing Villa
Communication with property manager was excellent! The home was absolutely incredible. We had a group of five couples. The layout of the home fit our group perfectly. The pool area was amazing. House was stocked with essentials that lasted us the week. Need towel racks or hooks in the upstairs bathroom. No place to hang wet towels. Other than that, no complaints. Highly recommend this home!!

Great location and property amenities
I stayed with 7 other adult friends for a couple of days and thoroughly enjoyed being in a well furnished property within a safe and clean neighborhood. Being able to walk to a beach within 5 minutes was also very convenient. The location was great too - just a quick 10 mins drive or moderate walk to the part of town with nice restaurants and shops. The property manager and his staff were always accesible and provided many tips to improve our stay in the island.

We had a wonderful stay in Turks. Bob, the owner was very attentive to all of our needs. He gave us information about the island, restaurants etc. He even brought us sandwiches for our flight back home!!! After we left the property, my nephew realized that he left an air pod in the house. Bob plans to mail it to him soon!!! Thanks Bob!!!

Great time in TCI!
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Tropica in TCI last week! The weather was awesome and the beaches were amazing. The house was just what we needed, and any issues that came up, Bob and his team handled immediately. It fit our two families (9 people all together) just fine and the pool was so fun for everyone! The beach equipment was perfect for our needs - chairs, umbrella, cooler, and some toys! Master bedrooms king beds were comfy. And the cars rented with the house were definitely a plus, and Bob helped us with transportation to/from the airport, which was much appreciated. Highlights were snorkeling at Coral Gardens, Sapodilla Bay jet skiing, and a private boat tour that was loads of fun! Thanks Bob, Graham, Dany and everyone who made our stay at TCI a memorable one!

Beautiful Home in a Great Location
We absolutely loved the home and the location. About a three block walk to the closest beach or you could make the short drive if you preferred. Bob the owner lives right around the corner so he is close if anything goes wrong. He met us at check-in and showed us around. He was fantastic to work with and there if we needed anything (for instance several remote TV and fan batteries were dead and he brought out new ones in no time at all). The house does have a car you can rent. It was not big enough for what we needed but if you need a car for five people or less it is so much nicer than the rental cars at the airports and it has the driver stuff on the left side like the US unlike the rental cars which had the driver on the right side. We can't wait for our next trip to Turks and would stay hear again 100% if available when we go.

Great House and Safe Location
The house is large and perfect for families. The AC blows cold and the kitchen is large and modern. The backyard is very nice and has a nice pool to cool off in. The neighborhood is very safe and is about a 5 minute drive to Grace Bay. The country club is also very close if you want to play golf or tennis. We had a great time and highly recommend it.

Amazing Getaway
The newly renovated Villa Tropica provided everything we’d hoped for and more for our month long vacation! Bob, the host, could not have been more accommodating to our needs and responded so quickly. Lovely spacious home with amazing pool
The property is better than the photos! Brand new tile, kitchen and bath remodels all new furniture. All bedrooms had access to their own bathrooms. Truly a beautiful home. The pool is very large and perfect underneath the Palm trees. Outdoor dining area and grill were also highlights. Bob, the owner was beyond exceptional, a wonderful human and immediately responded with all communication. Even brought us pastries one morning and set us up with reservations at his favorite sushi place. A fabulous stay in a very safe and upscale neighborhood. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful Grounds
The house and grounds were beautiful. All the amenities were as listed. The grounds person was so amazing, he cut done a few coconuts for the kids. They loved drinking the coconut water and scooping . The whole experience was so relaxing.

Property was better than the pictures! Great location just a short walk to the beach. Hosts provided all you need for a day at the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, coolers and even a beach wagon to transport it all. On site pool was great at the end of the day. Property manger Tony was very responsive. Great Week for all !

Lovely location with lots of room
Just returned from a first time trip to Turks & Caicos with family of 7 (parents and 5 teen/young twenty something kids). Villa Tropica is in a wonderful location...easy driving and a short walk to a pretty little beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, pool toys and all the kitchen tools needed were there (and a great blender for tropical drinks). The garden is lovely but it does come with some mosquitos so bring a bit of bug spray. The owner and property manager were very responsive and easy to work with.

Lahl-Bell Christmas & Wedding 2021
Great layout for multi-age families! Pool and toys were fabulous. A special thanks to Tony, the property manager, for having connections and helping us get fresh lobster! Great to be able to grill lobster on grill and dine out- or indoors! Plenty of seating in villa and 8 beach chairs and 3 umbrellas for beach - were all used and very appreciated by our large group of 11. Sunset beach was our favorite! Used Island Vibes for Snorkeling was good, but we did expect a little more time than 30 min snorkeling ... all their snorkel boats do follow the same routine - boat, snorkel, island stop, diving. We used Sun Charters for a beautiful wedding on the yacht - they were fabulous! The Villa was beautiful! We were very close to the beaches and felt like we were staying in Paradise! Dany was very helpful as was Tony (Property Manager) We had an issue with the A/C (No fault of anyones, a surge blew the breakers) and Dany was very accomodating and worked with us on the electric bill. From the very start, renting Villa Tropica was a pure pleasure. The owner, Dany was so responsive. We had to delay a year because of Covid. We booked for the following year and did not lose a cent. We filled up all of the bedrooms including the suite. The main living area was large and open. The kitchen was fully equipped. The blender is like a Vitamix so it worked great on all of our frozen drinks! We spent quite a bit of time at the pool. It was really nice with lots of seating. It would be nice to have a few more beach towels to use when the house is full. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!
