"Come for the stay, leave with the Experience."The space for rent is the upstairs of our two story log home on a rural 17 acre farm near Spanish Fork Utah. It features a large family room with a pool table, popcorn machine, video arcade machine, and air hockey game. The back yard has been described as a kid's wonderland, featuring 4 trampolines, sand volleyball court, batting cage, 13' tall 90' long slip and slide, and a 25' rope swing with a 14' launching tower to start the incredible swing experience. We also have a fire circle where thousands of hot dogs and marshmallows have been toasted to perfection! Our horses love our guests and horse riding lessons as well as horse rides are available. For the younger children we have several power wheels and keep them charged so the kids can drive our private lane and circular driveway! For chicken lovers you will love the funny and weird chickens in the flock. The back yard is very large with plenty of shade trees and has been used for numerous family reunions. Come enjoy the experience of the farm! As you will see in the pictures, backyard parties are common, even for the wildlife!

Girls weekend
Spent the weekend with my daughters. Had a wonderful time!! the hosts are so gracious and friendly, and the atmosphere was great! We all loved it there!

Best. Wedding. Ever!
My husband and I had a difficult time finding an affordable venue for our wedding, but finally found Kidman Ranch and it was incredible! A little cluttered, but the hosts were so kind and accommodating. Our wedding turned out absolutely perfect. Wonderful views, lovely rustic themes, and the best customer service. 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful spanish fork farm setting
Our hosts were so welcoming and kind! They eben brought us fresh corn from the farmers market. The accomadations are very homey a nd comfortable. The farm was sonpretty and our dog was welcomed by their dog sunny and the horses. It would be the perfect place for families to enjoy all the outdoor amenities

A barn experience
Plenty of activities for children to do outside. We brought games and puzzles for inside and evening activities. The Roku TV services were excellent for those times when the children needed TV time. My only suggestion is that all of the host family stuff (children that have married and moved on) that is stored in boxes and stuffed in the corners of bedrooms and closets be removed from the visitor's living area. Realizing that the cooking and dining areas are meant to be shared, does not mean the visitor isolated living area needs to be shared as well.

A great place to relax!
We came just to get away and relax and we had a great time--it was exactly what we needed. Our adult children had fun on the swings and waterside and enjoyed smores at the firepit. We took advantage of the horse back riding, which was a real highlight during our stay. The cabin was nice and roomy and very comfortable for our group. We took advantage of the location to do some activites nearby, like berry picking, touring the Krishna temple and small hikes. Mama and Papa K were amazing hosts--very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely recommend it!

Great people, great place!
We loved staying with the K’s on our trip through Utah. We always bring our dog on our yearly trips and always feel guilty about staying in a hotel with her. This property was great for her, and my kids absolutely loved the swing, the trampolines, slip n slide, and all the wonderful animals! We had family come for a picnic and our hosts were so accommodating and helpful. It’s a great house, property, and most of all-wonderful people! We will be back again next year!

Family retreat.
Annual one day family planning vacation. We made plans/goals with the kids. My 12 and 10 year olds both said it was the best retreat yet. Trampolines, pool table and swing were all fun. Our dog liked their dog too.

This log house was extraordinary!
The family was extremely kind, courteous, and welcoming. The farm was beautiful! Tons of chickens, horses, dogs and cats. There was a huge swing, an amazing variety of books, a pool table , arcade games, and more. Overall, my stay at the farm was spectacular! Woolf definitely recommend and come back!!!

Quick night away
We were just looking for a night away that wasn't far from home. This was different than any VRBO location that we have ever stayed in, as it was a part of someone's home that they were living in. There was more than enough space and we didn't fe. The property owners were EXTREMELY friendly and easy to work with. It was a quick stay but exactly what we needed.
