This was the nastiest hotel I've ever stayed in.
Publié le 2 avr. 2017 sur ExpediaFilthy, had to wipe the bathroom floor with Clorox. Disgusting... unknown stuff dripping on the wall. Everything you touched was black. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Old I can deal with. Filthy, dirty and disgusting absolutely not. If there were a rating lower than terrible, that's what it would be.

The hotel didn't have any record of my reservation; the mattress was very hard; the blanket was very thin; the bathroom was not well cleaned.

駅から歩けるがお風呂が不備

それ以外は、きれいになって来ました。

二度と利用しない
Publié le 18 mars 2017 sur Expedia到着時チェックイン前に3泊から2泊に変更して欲しい旨を伝えたが、「とりあえずチェックインしてから、Expediaからキャンセルするように」と言われ、その通りにしたらWEB上でキャンセルできない状態になり、結局Expediaに電話して、オーナーに連絡して・・・とかなりの手間がかかった。
また、ドライヤーから火が出て、フロントに言いに行ったが「それでも使える」の一点張り。
もし再度Provoに行くとしても確実に避けるホテルです。

Tubs have no water

Contre : update the bathrooms and fix water isses
Emplacement : easy to find and near convention center
good location. advertise that all rooms have large tubs... but they do not have water hooked up to them.. did not offer to move me to a room w/ a working tub.

Pour : The location was the one good thing about this motel, since it was close to the city center of Provo.
Contre : The person who checked me in wasn't very professional, it was like he just had rolled out of bed. There were also TONS of kids playing around in the parking lot who I think were related to the owner of the motel, and they were being loud and obnoxious even until as late as 11pm.
Emplacement : The location was the one good thing about this motel, since it was close to the city center of Provo.

Our room was not available
