Perfect place to come and enjoy a game!

Great Location and Nice Place.
Publié le 10 août 2023 sur HomeAwayReally nice place. It was a pleasant stay and the location couldn’t be any better if you are doing anything related to BYU. I have two minor complaints. One, the beds were super uncomfortable. This is typical of most rentals in my experience. They spend a lot of money fixing the place up but skimp on mattresses. Two, we had ants. They were in the kitchen and main living room. I would be watching TV and look down and they would be climbing up my legs. These are the little black sugar ants that are really hard to get rid of. So I can’t blame the property owners too much, but it should be addressed ASAP.

Great Location

The house was as described in the listing and the kitchen had everything one could ask for to prepare a family meal. Our one disappointment was that on one night of our stay, a dog in the rental above woke us at 4:30 in the morning and continued to bark for 4 hours. We tried to contact the host about the issue to see if it could be resolved, but they never responded to us. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Publié le 11 avr. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe apartment was as advertised. Nice and clean. Well setup and stocked kitchen for any cooking and eat in options. Plenty of parking. Plenty of beds for a large family.
The contact was quick to respond via text to resolve a dog barking continually in the upstairs living space after being left alone. The foot steps from the upstairs apartment can be very loud and can be bothersome if you are trying to sleep-in.

Publié le 22 mars 2022 sur HomeAwayWe had originally booked another home closer to the freeway. However we have two daughters who attend BYU and they convinced us to find a place closer to campus. We hit the jackpot with this place. It was close to campus, very clean, comfortable, and spacious. I would recommend the this place and hope to stay here again.
