Great place to stay
The cabin was awesome...clean and spacious. Towels, wash cloths, sheets and pillows, comforter supplied. coffee maker availible and refrigerator.Wifi internet available. We loved our stay...we had every thing we needed. Very nice clean cabin. would recommend to stay.

Nice Place
Very nice home with 2 bathrooms! Overall nice place and good location. The kitchen could use some more pots/pans and larger bowls, there was only very small ones, which made it challenging when making dinner for 8 people. The washer and dryer onsite was nice, so we didnt have to take a bunch of dirty clothes home. The guest shower is very small, but works well for kids. The master bathroom is a tub shower, however the shower heads in both bathrooms are not great, they spray around your bondy instead of on it. The fire pit was a very nice addition!

Vacation time
I wanted some time to pass before leaving my review and thinking about our stay at this Vrbo. Owners and communications we absolutely awesome. Home was very nice looking and close to a bunch of restaurants and store's within 2 miles. Well 1st i read the prior reviews and 1 thing stuck out way off... walking distance to water? Absolutely not and the lake that is close is a private lake with no public access. We went to Higgins lake and it was beautiful. There is no air and windows are Andersen crank out windows so even portable AC units will not work on hot days. The grill was Chained to deck about 2½ foot from deck rails and was nerve breaking to use in fear of fire. Only a $30 grill with $30 in chains and 2 master locks? Home is very nice looking but also smallest fridge i have ever seen so coolers had to be used the whole time. As i have said a couple times, the home looks very nice but many issues with how upgrades were done and gaps in corners where wood is short from carpet and many areas that had mouse dropping. Traps are all over inside home but thank god was last night before mouse was seen by wife. She left that day with most of family and my son and i stayed to clean and ended up sealing some holes where mice could get in. Not a big deal to myself since it is located in a country setting but I would highly recommend a better cleaning after visitor's stay. We still had a wonderful time but with some work this can be a perfect place to make some memories.

Good place to stay
Very nice place to stay! The area was quiet, relaxing, and the lake wasn’t too far. Only suggestion is to have larger pots/pans for cooking and a fire pit. Aside from that, the house was very clean, reasonably priced, and good communication by host. We would stay again!

Houghton lake stay
We had a great time in Prudenville. The cottage home we stayed at was so amazing. It was a cabin supersized! Very nice and clean and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. It was close to the beaches and stores. I would highly recommend this place. Carlos walked me through the check in process and I would love to come and stay again. I wanted to check out the family restaurant in town, but we didn’t have time.

Great stay and enjoyable!!
Had a great experience with my family and I at this listing! Very clean and well furnished with great amenities as well. There was games and activities for us to play and share quality time with together.Additionally, information regarding WiFi and owners contact info was readily available for any questions/ concerns that I may have had. Definitely coming back!
