Great stay with family.

We were a family of four staying in a bungalow at the camping location but we also used the main hotel up on the hill and both properties were great. The bungalow was pretty basic but had what we needed and we could walk to the restaurant and sports stuff. The restaurant at the camping location was really great with fast service and delicious vegetarian options. The view at the hotel on the hill is fantastic. Service was great. We will def return

Very disappointing

We go to Cerdanya every year. This was our first time staying here and we will not return. There was a surcharge for EVERYTHING and I mean, everything. The breakfast is expensive and not well stocked. There were moldy garlic heads served and when I asked if they could replaced with new ones I was told I could scrape the mold off. When I looked at the gentleman like “what?” he changed his mind and went to get fresh garlic. The scrambled eggs were so raw you could pour them onto your plate and people repeatedly had to ask them to replenish the warm food. They charge a fee for the coworking space which doesn’t even have faster wifi than the rest of the facility and is not a particularly cozy space - feels like a cafeteria with harsh lighting. They charge extra to access the spa if you are staying anywhere but in the main hotel building and then when you get there the warm pool isn't even warm enough, nor the steam room or the heated bench. Everything is luke warm. We ate dinner there one night & it went so badly that we booked dinner at a different hotel the second night. Waited 20 min for someone to take our order, when the chicken arrived it was cold and when we sent it back they returned it 20 min later so burned I couldn’t cut it. Then they charged us half price for the meal. Any decent place would have comped it as it was entirely inedible. I sent it back and didn’t eat dinner. The kitchen staff were kind and apologetic but clearly management doesn’t set the right tone.
