l'entretien de l'hotel est en dessous de l'attente
Publié le 28 août 2009 sur Expediaseul reproche que je formule concerne l'entretien de l'hotel. Malgrè une premoière réclamation, l'évacuation d'eau au niveau du bac de douche se fait très lentement m'obligeant à me dépécher de prendre ma douche.

Very good location and very clean rooms and restaurants maintained well.
All staff are doing excellent work. Its feels my 3days stay like home in ginger especially the below staff excellent handling with customers

Property needs a serious overhaul as soon as possible and as fast as possible. Departments need to be trained on a regular basis. (Engineering contractors need to be instructed to conduct any conversations in an area out of guest view.)
First room alloted wasn't great and had a rather disgusting health faucet. Second room was decent.
Coffee mugs were broken and caused a spill. (IRD) Received no apologies regarding the same.
Hallways were a mess and were dirty, with footprints and dust. Housekeeping trolleys were kept in the reception lobby throughout the day.
Did not feel that this hotel was a part of IHCL except for the staff service.

Room comfortable, good bed and bedding, A/C efficient and quiet, very good breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, very good restaurant, supervisor Narayan went out of his way to get an adaptor for my phone. Only down side: tv and wifi are useless.

Pros: the hotel offers excellent value for what it offers. The room is comfortable and quiet, the bed and bedding are very good, A/C quiet, shower good water pressure, very good breakfast (Indian and Western) and all the staff are super nice and helpful, especially the supervisor Narajan who went the extra mile for me. The restaurant serves very good and varied meals.
Cons: useless wifi and tv

Worth my money. Pleasant stay. I strongly recommend Ginger hotels. It's a nice budget hotel with the basic requirements.
