The landlord was very responsive, and there was a friendly cat that liked to visit (automatic five stars). Puebla itself is a beautiful city, and the location couldn't have been better.

Looks Nice but Impossible to Communicate with Host
Publié le 28 sept. 2021 sur HomeAwayNot getting the check-in instructions from the host is my number one concern in booking an apartment. That is exactly what happened here. Two time over a couple months I tried to get in contact with him. The first time he said that an update on his phone logged him out of VRBO. I again tried to contact the host a couple days before arrival but again was ghosted by him. The day of arrival, I was able to contact a manager at VRBO who was able to find the combination for the keys from a prior stay. The host had the gall to send me an messaage two days after my arrival date to say he didn't know how I had gained access to the apartment. Am not sure what he was up to but I would not stay here again!!
