Muy bueno pero con oportunidades.
Posted Aug. 4, 2020 on HotelsLa atención del staff es excelente y la limpieza de la villa también, solo hay un par de cosas que podrían mejorar y son: mantenimiento (los mosquiteros estaban caídos y no se podía abrir bien la puerta), boiler (el boiler es de paso y, a pesar de seguir las instrucciones, no se puede regular el agua, sale o fría o ardiendo, no hay punto medio, esto me ha pasado las ultimas 3 veces que me he quedado aquí, en diferentes villas) y cama (la cama era dura como piedra, podrían cambiar el colchón a uno menos duro). Fuera de lo anterior, es un lugar muy conveniente para quedarse, sobre todo con mascotas.

Perfect Getaway in Cholula

Very nice hotel close to the university UDLAP. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. Rooms are simple but comfortable and very clean. I would stay again definitely!
