Bon hôtel, chambre confortable mais petite salle de bain, à peine de quoi se retourner en sortant de la douche

We’ve enjoyed staying at this property for over 5 years & never had problems with front desk staff until now on September 17th, 2024 at check-in time 3 p.m. (Tuesday) with front desk staff member DENISE she was very rude, hateful and told me the customer isn’t always right (I didn’t say anything about me being right so I don’t know why she felt she had to tell me that) she was awful! She didn’t want to help us to resolve a problem between Expedia & the hotel then another front desk staff member (MARK) came out & helped us out, he was helpful & kind (DENISE ruined my stay at the hotel that evening) very sad

Stayed here one night on a quick trip passing through Pueblo. The staff at both check-in and breakfast were very friendly and courteous. The beds were comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a chain hotel.
