Fernando is the best

As such, with Fernando of the Hotel Palace , we have very rarely experimented such an excellent service from an hotel manager. Fernando did everything he could to guide us and assist us. Located at 5 minute walk from the main street, the hotel was super clean, breakfast was excellent and full of personal details worthy of a 5 star service.
Here are examples of the types of services provided to us by Fernando:
Bring the luggage to the room
Got us tickets to the ferry to San Cristobal
Woke up earlier (5:30 am) to get me to the dive shop on his motocycle
Get cab to the airport
But most of all, We appreciated his positive attitude and friendliness, assistance and good advice, like the best way to go to the different locations or the best time to avoid the crowd. Anyway, we really recommend this hotel to everyone because of Fernando!

街中に近く快適なホテル

空港に向かう乗り合いタクシーのアレンジも代行してもらい、出発時間の相談もしてもらえて助かりました。
部屋も綺麗で快適なのですが、音が気になりました。夜雨が結構降っていたのですが雨の雫がトタン屋根の上に落ちるような音が断続的にしたので音に敏感な人は気になるかと思います。

Excellent quiet locations, easy access to taxi and attractions. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and pier.

Beautiful hotel just 10-15 minutes away from the port and all the shopping and restaurants. The room was very clean and the staff was very attentive. We got complimentary water and coffee in the lobby. The rooms are quiet, have air conditioning and the staff speak English.

Publié le 8 août 2023 sur HotelsStaff was amazing. Very helpful and wanted to make sure your needs were met. Always hot showers and good working air conditioning. Appreciated the water in the lobby to refill bottles and they even put a jug in each room too. Location was a bit outside the central area but we always walked it, even in dark and it was safe. It was only like a 10 - 15 minute walk. We took a cab from the ferry with our luggage and it was only $2. They booked us a cab to go to the airport ferry for us. Very prompt in responding to emails and I had a lot of questions so very patient too!

Close to downtown, safe, nice.
Best thing is breakfast, Tonia makes it and it's very delicious

Great place to stay.
Publié le 18 mai 2023 sur HotelsThe hotel is in a nice quiet residential neighborhood, yet very walkable to restaurants and shops. The wifi was fast and dependable. The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well which was welcome each day after a day out. We chose not to spend the additional $8 a day for breakfast. The room was very clean! The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing lacking was guidance on places worth visiting while on the island of Santa Cruz, although a recommendation was made by Julio for a travel agent we could contact. Overall, Hotel Palace is a great place to stay.
