Fernando is the best

As such, with Fernando of the Hotel Palace , we have very rarely experimented such an excellent service from an hotel manager. Fernando did everything he could to guide us and assist us. Located at 5 minute walk from the main street, the hotel was super clean, breakfast was excellent and full of personal details worthy of a 5 star service.
Here are examples of the types of services provided to us by Fernando:
Bring the luggage to the room
Got us tickets to the ferry to San Cristobal
Woke up earlier (5:30 am) to get me to the dive shop on his motocycle
Get cab to the airport
But most of all, We appreciated his positive attitude and friendliness, assistance and good advice, like the best way to go to the different locations or the best time to avoid the crowd. Anyway, we really recommend this hotel to everyone because of Fernando!

Note that this review is based on a father and 5yr old son travelling in the Galapagos Islands. We booked several nights here and it was one of the best choices we made. The hosts helped us on numerous occasions with advice, guidance, collected us from the ferry, and booked our taxi for the airport. The room provided was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and firm which was just what we needed upon our return from our daily tours. It is not far from the seafront and main street. There is a laundry on the corner, which was very convenient, and a lot of local shops, and nice cafes down the road. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The owners offered us help in so many ways, such as recommending us a bilingual tour guide and even lending their phones to contact the coordinator, undertaking laundry and boxing breakfasts when we had to go out early in the morning. The property was very clean and the housekeeper even washed our cooking equipment left in the kitchen. The breakfast was delicious and professional. They also helped us transport our luggage to the next hotel when we were out on a tour.
It is about a 7-10 minute walk from the city center.
I highly recommend this hotel!

街中に近く快適なホテル

空港に向かう乗り合いタクシーのアレンジも代行してもらい、出発時間の相談もしてもらえて助かりました。
部屋も綺麗で快適なのですが、音が気になりました。夜雨が結構降っていたのですが雨の雫がトタン屋根の上に落ちるような音が断続的にしたので音に敏感な人は気になるかと思います。

Beautiful hotel just 10-15 minutes away from the port and all the shopping and restaurants. The room was very clean and the staff was very attentive. We got complimentary water and coffee in the lobby. The rooms are quiet, have air conditioning and the staff speak English.

Good option
Publié le 8 août 2023 sur HotelsStaff was amazing. Very helpful and wanted to make sure your needs were met. Always hot showers and good working air conditioning. Appreciated the water in the lobby to refill bottles and they even put a jug in each room too. Location was a bit outside the central area but we always walked it, even in dark and it was safe. It was only like a 10 - 15 minute walk. We took a cab from the ferry with our luggage and it was only $2. They booked us a cab to go to the airport ferry for us. Very prompt in responding to emails and I had a lot of questions so very patient too!
