Un début pas cool du tout

Discussion interminable sur le prix de la chambre qui à plus de 20 dollars supplémentaires ne correspond pas à l’offre de Hôtel.com . Petit déjeuner très moyen , acheter votre pot de confiture ! Mais la chambre était bien celle que j’avais réservée . Très belle vue front de mer

The location was great, right in the middle of everything; the staff was friendly and the Wi-Fi was fast. The room was spacious and clean, but the electrical outlets were in inconvenient locations and the electric shower head was difficult to operate (it basically just served scalding-hot water)

The hotel is located very close to the airport. It is worth the extra money for a beautiful ocean view. You can see the seals playing in the water and hear them throughout the day. It is the perfect walking distance to everything you could need. There is a small cafe that also has everyday essentials (soap, sun screen, aloe vera, drinks, snacks, alcohol, etc). The hotel also offers breakfast, however if you have a tour scheduled you have the option for a box lunch. This is very convenient and comes with a juice, apple, and pack of cookies which you can place in your fridge over night. Additionally, the hotel is located right across the way from the area in which the tours meet. The air conditioner in the room is perfect, and the hotel also provides complementary drinking water both in your room and downstairs. It is an extremely safe area, where everyone is extremely friendly.

We appreciate such high ratings for our services. Indeed, we are located in the best shopping area of the island and close to all the beaches. Our rooms with panoramic views of the bay are our main attraction.

The staff here was awful. Very unfriendly. No one even told me what time breakfast was or that the exterior door locked at a certain time in the evening. I was dealing with a family crisis at check in and they were completely unsympathetic and even attempted to take advantage of me. At first saying they could not accommodate a change in dates unless I upgraded room type and then, Lo and behold there was a room available of the same type when I said no thank you to the upgrade. The room was simple. Clean, but not comfortable. Awful view out my window and the window didn’t even fully close.

We are very sorry that your airline changed your flight at the last minute, which is beyond our control. However, we proposed relocating her with a new date and a different room since it required us to organize other guests, which she did not accept. We understand the bad time caused by the flight and we apologize again if we have not been able to improve your experience.

Perfect location close to pier. Room was comfortable with good ac and WiFi. Staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Estamos muy complacidos de ser parte de su mejor experiencia en su vista a Galapagos. Nuestras habitaciones con vista al mar y ventanales panorámicos tienen la mejor vista de todo el puerto.

Our rooms with panoramic windows have the best sea views. Breakfast in the cafeteria enjoying the best coffee in the Galapagos is an excellent way to start the day. We have our interior rooms where silence and relaxation contribute to a restful sleep.
