Excellent, personal, friendly dive resort

The property was just okay but it was comfortable and sufficient. The area is very private. The staff were very kind and helpful. The food was excellent, 5 star for every dish. Myself and 3 children really enjoyed staying there for 5 nights.

Alas! A proper "Retreat" in waiting...

Property is located in a quiet and peaceful part of Puerto Galera and is accessible from both main road and resort's own speedboat. We stayed in the Loft suite facing a small lawn garden. Room was split level with the bed upstairs and a large sized toilet/shower and living area downstairs. Basic toiletries but good cable channels are available for both TVs in room. Breakfast was included A-la-Carte off a good selection menu. We enjoyed the breakfast very much overlooking a tranquil scenery, as the food was both scrumptious and generously portioned. Resort owner Richard was welcoming and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Only gripe was the terrible sound insulation in the room as we were woken up half the night by the sewage treatment facility, located below our room window, when the flushing noises started at 3am; and the few roosters not knowing the time of day at 4am as well. Unfortunately, it was not a good night rest for us, which was a real pity as the resort is generally peaceful and serene at times! Though Richard has promised to resolve the situation after our prompt feedback but for us it's too late!

Hi Jenny, thank you very much for your nice review. We are happy to hear you liked the resort, the location, the food and service. As far as the treatment plant noise- that is fixed as promised by Richard. We wish we could say the same about the roosters or other animals in the neighborhood - that comes with the territory :)

サバンビーチからはそれなりに離れているので、買い物などで、徒歩で移動するのは、少し難しい立地です。 その分夜は静かなので、ゆっくりと眠ることができると思います。 スタッフの対応なども良く親切ですが、非常に厳しいマニュアルが有るのだと思います。 最初にホテルの説明などを受けますが、今回僕がホテルに到着したとき、台風のため、僕も妻もずぶ濡れでした。 親切なスタッフさんは、タオルを最初に提供してくれましたが、可能なら最初に部屋に通して着替えをしたかったです。 臨機応変な対応があれば更に素晴らしいホテルだと思います。 それ以外は、スタッフの方も親切ですし設備も綺麗で静かで良いホテルです。

設備がトイレが古く水漏れしたり、シャワーの出が弱いなどありました。プールはもっと清潔だと嬉しいです。

Thank you for your feedback! We hope you enjoyed your stay and we are glad to hear you enjoyed the swimming pool. We have to disagree with your assessment however - all our fixtures in the bathrooms are less than 2 years old, we do not have old equipment and we are highly rated on cleanliness.
