Belle hôtel chambre spacieuse service très bien mais pas assez de chaises longue à la plage ou piscine et manque de serviettes de plages a partir de 11 am et pas de prime alcool faut être membre pour avoir de la qualité

The staff was amazing, professional, polite, and patient. Irma, the manager, in X Hale, checked in, Gabriel, Umbilito, Christopher, and Manual were just a few who provided courteous, great service. I would highly recommend Cancun Breathless Resort to family and friends.

Brian was a great person during our check in process. All the staff were very nice and friendly. I would recommend this for couples or even solo travelers. There is not much to do outside of the resort unless you have an excursion booked. Overall stay was 10/10 and will definitely be back! Only thing i wish you did not have to pay for was the spa.
