Overall I recommend this place as the resort itself is beautiful and the amount activities available is remarkable. Family oriented. It is very secure where it is located. Nobody that is not supposed to be there cant get in so much so that no bracelet are given.The bad: They jump on you to sell their Vip services pitch when you arrive while you just want to get to your room and get started with your stay. The pools close at 7'o clock which I find is way too early like the sun is still up. The good: Overall everything. Buffet food is tasty, Alot of activities on site (included) and outside of resort($), room service 24h, respectful staff, nice & relaxing ambiance, clean.
Ps: The most popular restaurant is called Spice reserve early because you'll never be able to get in without a reservation. Other restaurants waiting time is reasonable.

La piscine et la plage très belle,ainsi que le service bar . Chambres agréable,Dommage que le buffet de l’hôtel n’est pas à la hauteur , plus de 20 minutes d’attente en pleine chaleur avant d’accéder au restaurant qui est à peine climatisé à l’intérieur, pareil pour les restaurants sur réservation, 1heure d’attente et à peine climatisé.heureusement que la plage est magnifique ,ce qui compense la prestation des restaurants.

Pour: Hotel bien entretenu au fil des ans, belles chambres, excellent service des employés , restos variés et biens. Buffet avec belle terrasse vue mer. Serviettes à volonté, pas de bracelet, site de grandeur raisonnable. 30 minutes aeroport.
Contre: TRES PEU de chaises à la plage, 2 secrions de 15 palappas chacun… (apres 7h, aucune place). Evitez section preferred, la pire plage, non baignable… avec gros 10 roues et tracteurs pour essayer d’enlever les algues… longue attente aux restos entre 1h et 1h30… jamais vu autant d algues à riv maya… mais dame nature.
En résumé, si vous etes en basse saison et que la plage n’est pas un critère important, je vous recommande cet hotel.

The property although nice is a little dated. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

This was the best vacation I had with my partner in Cancun at dreams jade spa & resort. We chose the preferred club ocean font room which came with great perks! We had access to a lounge area where we got great all inclusive drinks and great attentiveness from the staff. We also had an adult infinity pool connected to the beach and blue Hawaiian drink, pomegranate margarita & strawberry pina colada were the best if your looking for something sweet, strong and tasty! They have a buffet that has a variety of options with great view of the ocean & service great as well. Everyone has different taste in food, we tried different restaurant options at night some were great & maybe like one or two were ok. We ordered a couple of things so at least we got to see what we liked. The service again was great! Each dinner restaurant was elegant and laid back where we had wine service and the views spectacular. Our room was our favorite part of walking up to the ocean view and resort quite side of the building. The staff always answered the phone and were great with our request. This resort is also very clean and well maintained. If you would like great drinks in the lounge area of the hotel located right in front of a huge screen we’re most shows happen in the night, ask for Francisco he works in the morning from 7-3:00pm best cocktails!
We stayed for 6 nights Monday-Wednesday being the quitest days, Thursday-Sunday there were more people but such a great calm vibe & atmosphere!
