Great property, very clean, friendly staff, great food options (no need to reserve A la Carte restaurants). Beach is well maintained although the water has algies and is not turquoise blue.

C’était notre 3e séjour à cet hôtel. Toujours aussi bien. Seul enjeu a été du bruit la dernière nuit dans les
Corridors où la sécurité aurait pu intervenir plus tôt mais sinon très bien. Personnel avenant. Particulièrement la demoiselle au CoCo Café. C’était une perle.

This resort is beautiful and the staff was fantastic. Lots of great food choices. Our group had a wonderful time.

This will be a little long winded but I have so many good things to say! Let me start by saying the staff was incredible! From Fidel at the front desk to the staff in the restaurants, all were incredible. Please remember to tip these wonderful people! The bartenders at the infinity pool greeted us quickly and warmly. Cruz, Wilbert, Jose, Sergio and Martinez were all amazing! We'd return just for them! El Patio restaurant was delicious and our server Vicente made the experience one for the memory books, 10/10. Learning a bit of Spanish to chit chat goes a long way, you make friends with wonderful people. The rooms were clean, views were wonderful, weather in October was GORGEOUS and it wasn't too busy!

Cleanliness. Vegetarian options limited. Very few restaurants on resort.

Friendly hotel staff.
