Pague habitación con tina de hidromasaje y no pude usarla porque al llenarla se lleno de basura, quiero la devolución del dinero que hay entre el pago de habitación con hidromasaje y sin hidromasaje, por favor.

I liked the location of the property. I loved the variety of food and all the different bars. I did not like being bombarded at the front door with the diamond club package/timeshare deal. Let your guest settle in once they arrive and don't give a sob story about how you make your living from it to guilt trip people!

The property is very nice even though it does need some work. The staff is very nice and helpful. The hideaway pool and bar were very nice. The biggest issue is the constant hounding to buy an upgrade or to sit down for a presentation on their vacation program. Our room was very nice, clean and stocked upon us asking. We enjoyed our stay here.

Un hotel todo incluido, que no cuenta más que con bebidas y licores de los más baratos, de medianos para arriba, te los cobran por separado.
El Internet muy malo
Y su proceso de reservación para restaurantes, pésimo también, pues ni en su pantalla ni por teléfono es fácil hacer la reservaciones
