Publié le 16 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe condo was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. It was very close to the pool, which was nice. Security guards at gate were friendly and helpful.
Host needs to be better about communicating. There were no instructions about where to take garbage, WiFi, and code for lockbox was not sent til we were already arrived and waiting.

This is a cute condo right next to the community pool. There is tight security. Close to a grocery store and the beach is not far. They had extra filtered water there, which was great. No microwave, but a toaster oven worked. Bring your own laundry detergent and paper towels. The beds were comfortable enough, and it was easy to communicate with the owners. We even locked ourselves out the first day and they brought the key back immediately. Very clean. We loved staying here!

Great family spot
Publié le 10 janv. 2022 sur HomeAwayGreat place to stay with larger family. Really roomy and clean. Could have had more towels and sharpener for the knifes due to all the cooking we did. Lots of showers and when it was hot the A/C worked very well. We will stay again when we return to this area of Mexico. Thank you Cecilia

Cameras in home/ home broke into while gone
Publié le 14 déc. 2021 sur HomeAwayPer the regulations of verbo cameras are not permitted in the actual vrbo. There are cameras in the home.
During our stay we noticed a beautiful artwork in the locked in the glass cabinet. When we returned from our trip we noticed someone had gone through all of our belongings. Everything…. I had contacted the owner and she called two nights later. By that time I grabbed my family and got a new Vrbo. Thankfully I could afford to to so my other friends could not and had to say. They where scared the rest of the trip. They noticed that the pretty mother Mary figure was gone after we where broken into.
Will I come back to this part of Mexico? Yes, but I won’t come to this place ever again. I probably won’t ever use Vrbo again. Because it’s a nightmare…….

Mrs. Jana completely lies about her testimony, I have video cameras at the entrances of the house, which we never checked since there had not been a complaint of any kind in the 3 years that we have been renting the house in Puerto Morelos and when The incident was reported by my administrator, it took me 2 days to download the program to review the videos, where it is observed in the only internal camera in the kitchen, a previous meeting with the visitors to the house where they had bottles of alcohol and where they had departed the night before the incident, review the video in detail and there is no indication that a stranger or person entered the house in the period of time where Ms. Jana and her friends were absent, including Jason with whom I spoke today with him and told me that indeed, nothing of his belongings had been missing and that he did not understand why Mrs. Jana had made a report and had moved from home on her visit to the Mayan Riviera. He indicated that he had little time to meet her and in that period of time he realized that Mrs. Jana was quite exaggerated in her comments and that he would definitely not travel with her again. He also indicated that he had a pleasant stay and that he liked the house and the service very much.
After checking the cameras, I wrote to Mrs. Jana stating that no one had entered the house and that nothing was missing from the house. I do not know how it is possible that this woman dared to write this comment that she was assaulted and robbed when she was absent from the house, when I have the video that no one has access to the house, I think it is most likely that she drank too much and for the same reason she does not remember what happened that night, in short, I would never accept her again in one of my rental houses, without a doubt she is a conflictive and liar person.
I am keeping a copy of the video in case someone needs it.

Nice lay back
