At first day of my stay some of my belongings got stolen from the kids pool area. Room with ocean and partly kids water rides. I didn’t have hot water in the shower , they only came to fix it after second request, we had bugs on the wall, ceiling, and on coffee table. Bathroom sink had odor. Mold in between balcony glass door. From buffet we got food poisoning, sea food restaurant had not fresh fish ceviche. Statehouse, Mexican, Italian and day time restaurant were good. Every restaurant had same kind of menu for kids. Roots ice cream was good. There is a tiny line for the beach area .ocean Water is not clean( a lot of seaweed )to make it swim. Service was half and half, some of them super nice , some with attitude, not willing to help. Place has potential but needs a lot of improvement

Great all inclusive! Just wished we were able to swim in ocean, they had a red flag and the ocean didn’t look as blue as other areas of Cancun. But the all inclusive was excellent! Great choices of food, activities, the water slides.

The Customer Service but the hotel needs better air conditioning in the restaurants and rooms. The food was not bad. We enjoyed the breakfast the most.
