Enjoyed our stay at Layla owners of the property are really great people with wonderful staff

Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable and the cafe was great to have on hand, especially for early morning breakfasts. Lisa was our waitress on our first early morning meal and made us feel right at home with her kind personality! Ximena was able to answer questions and was often on site to check in with us during our stay.
We went on the cenote tour with Robin, which was one of the most memorable things we have experienced in Mexico (we've vacationed in various locations in MX over 30 times). We would highly recommend this tour to anyone and everyone! Robin's extensive knowledge and enthusiasm for the culture of the mayan history, coupled with the fantastic cenote experience itself, is a once in a lifetime experience! Thanks for your hospitality, Layla guesthouse staff!

A great getaway
Publié le 28 sept. 2021 sur HomeAwayWe loved this property. Robin and Steve were great hosts. It's one block off the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Just a couple minutes walk to the square in la puerta. The on-site restaurant is currently closed until mid-October but plenty of wonderful options within minutes by foot.

Excellent property
Publié le 26 juin 2021 sur HomeAwayChecking in was easy. Everything was not only clean and nice but very comfortable. The whole property is beautiful. The cafe is lovely and gives you a guest discount. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the grocery store and the beach. Definitely highly recommend staying here.

It has very nice garden with white pebbles in front of the room and cool breeze throughout the day. I didn't have to use air conditioner the whole time my stay. I also got a fantastic hair cut from Steve at Layla! I most love was the sound of ocean from the open windows at night. Thank you Robin and Steve!
