Overall a beautiful property, the food was average, drinks okay, the front desk was helpful but overall staff wasn't amazing. I felt like they were more accommodating and approached women with male companions. I wasn't feeling that.

SO clean, such great food, so many choices at each restaurant, great pool bars, cold A/C, excellent housekeepers, easy check in, no haggling for membership conference, amazing spa, overall best resort I have stayed at. Very walkable, no beach access, but infinity pool is amazing!

Very quiet and relaxing resort. Food was good. Buffet not being open for dinner except for special nights was a bummer but both Italian and Steakhouse were very good options.

We arrived at this resort at 10pm after checking out of another resort. We were extremely annoyed when we arrived and the staff was amazing. They made us feel comfortable and relax. We were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the resort was since it was a last minute change. The rooms are modern and very nice. Although the resort is small, we found plenty activities to keep us busy. There is not a lot of late night activity but If you want a nice relaxing vacation, this is definitely the right place.

Service was not good at all. It appeared as though they were way understaffed. Getting your food and drink orders took forever. The staff in the Land Shark restaurant were rude. We were there 4 nights and never got to eat at the steak house because they were so understaffed and booked up. Dining options were limited.

Be prepared to wait! Wait for drinks, wait for assistance, wait for food. For the most part, the staff isn’t customer focused. This was a huge bummer. Only 4 restaurants (honestly only 3). But I will say, the dinners were great. The chefs and the waiter staffs at the two restaurants were the only time we felt spoiled. The resort needs more restaurants, friendly staff, and a big lesson in customer service. Two positives: my massage was great and the resort is beautiful! Note: No access to the beach. I didn’t get to walk along the beach or have access to sit on a lounge chair on the beach. We will definitely not be coming back to this resort but I’m hoping they can get it figured out since the property and rooms are so nice.

This was a decent experience. No major complaints but also no big praise either. The resort its self was calm and lovely. Thinking it was an adult only resort there would be a lot more entertainment. Any other places I’ve been to has a big entertainment crew whom are putting on shows, dancing, and entertaining involving guests all day/night. The pool bar didn’t open until 10am and the lobby bar until 12pm? Hello it’s vacation you drink from sunrise to sunset. Everyone in bed/gone by 1130p-12a. They also work off a point system to get drinks and snacks from a shop and the selection in there was small. So they don’t stock your room with drinks you go use points to get them. Staff was kind but wasn’t super personable. Outside of the pool and foam party and occasionally aerobics there wasn’t much going on. Also no access to the beach. I like you have a bracelet to get into your room instead of key card. 300 room max so not very big or happening if you like to go for socializing. The restaurants were delicious so A there. We asked a handful of other guests on their thoughts, just to be sure we weren’t over critical & they shared the same just eh it’s been ok.
