Beautiful place but not entirely as listed
Publié le 3 janv. 2025 sur HomeAwayWe weren’t told that the hot tub wasn’t working until our check in day, which was a huge disappointment since the private hot tub was one of our deciding factors in choosing this place. We also found that neither the washing machine or dishwasher were in working order and did not hear back when we messaged about it in the app. It was a great location and beautiful property but had we known all of these things, we would have chosen differently, especially for the price.

Great Villa and Location, First Time Stay at Bella Sirena
Publié le 15 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe visit Rocky Point every year for Fall Break, but last year, we had to cancel our trip due to work commitments. Thankfully, the owner was wonderful to work with and honored our 2023 reservation for 2024.
The villa's location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach. It’s also fully equipped with beach accessories, so you don’t have to worry about bringing chairs, umbrellas, or even a beach cart. One of the highlights of Bella Sirena is the ability to enjoy both the beach and the pool; when the beach gets too hot, you can easily transition to the pool and pool bar, then return to the beach for a beautiful sunset.
The property management and owner were very attentive, promptly answering my questions via text within the hour. The house itself is well-equipped for a vacation home. My family and I would definitely return to stay at this villa.

Stuff Didn’t Work

Spring Break 2024
Publié le 18 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat location and rental. Will definitely come back. The only issues we had were the shower drains were not draining well and we did not have enough towels and wash cloths for our group of 6.
Other than that it was great!
