Family Vacation

The A/C is controlled by the owner and until I mentioned that the condo was hot that they decided to turn on the A/C. On day 2 we were without water for 8 hours. The issue started in the morning during my shower, which I had to finish with bottled water. I messaged the property manager and about an hour later and asked if we were all showering at the same time. She finally said someone would be stopping by to see what the issue was after 30 minutes I went to the HOA office and they sent someone. The water tank that holds and supplies the water to the condo ran out of water. This caused other issues. After the water tank was filled the water pump broke. The owner and property manager should be on point for those types of issues but if they would have ensured the water tank has sufficient water. If we did not have three toddlers with us the issue would not have been so urgent. Poor handling of the situation by the owner and property manager. Will not be renting again on that property ever again.

Thank you for your review and I'm sorry you have to deal with the water shortage in Puerto Penasco. Every year, there are a few weeks where the water is limited to all homes in Puerto Penasco. I've owned this home for 4 years and this is the 1st time its happened at mine and don't anticipate it to happen again. Pinacate supplies the water and it get a huge allotment.
The AC was set for 69 but obviously not cold enough for the guest.
The nest upstairs which is AC and heat is now controlled by the guests staying at the Villa.

Long walk to the beach

Please view the pics. There is a beach with palapa's and chairs directly in front of the Villa. Sandy Beach is around the corner of the property, a 5 min walk if that.
I enjoyed hosting your group Leticia and hopefully you'll return in the future.
