Best rental in Las Conchas!
Publié le 16 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat house in Las Conchas! We have been coming down for years and this is the only house we would book again. Awesome house with giant patio. Excellent beach access. Sandy beach with good tidepools when the tide goes out. It's a 10/10!!

Great Beach Front Rental!

We even had a minor issue out of the owners control and they handled it with ease. Its great to know their communication is wonderful and they truly care about their guest! Thank you Carolyn, we will certainly be staying at Playa Arcadia again. Hasta Luego!

Amazing beach front house
Publié le 18 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was absolutely perfect for us. We wanted directly on the beach, lots of rooms and space and beds, a large kitchen for 10 of us, and a safe area. This house did not disappoint. The beach in front of the house was perfect. Looking just a little further south it was quite rocky, fun to look through when the tide is out but probably not enjoyable while swimming. The family room is huge! Plenty of space for everyone. Enjoyed the view from the patio all day long. Even enjoyed the view from inside the house as well. Its close enough to town should you need to go.
The host was quick to reply and very accommodating when we had questions. We definitely recommend this place and absolutely plan on staying again.

Wonderful Home & Stay
Publié le 1 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful stay at Playa Arcadia. Home was spectacular and had all the necessary amenities. Beach access was easy and the seating on the deck and patio was plentiful for my wife, kids, dad, and our two dachsunds to enjoy the evening sunsets and view! Communication with property owners was easy as they were quick to respond. Definitely recommend a stay at Playa Arcadia!!

Wonderful Rocky Point Stay
Publié le 21 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location of the house was fantastic. The house itself was well stocked, clean, and big enough for a large group. The owners were very communicative and the check in and out process was seamless. Would absolutely stay here again. You will not be disappointed!!
