Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayHad a issue with the fridge cooling that was fixed immediately by the resort. The staff was awesome and friendly. Short drive to grocery store and sams club. Staff provided extra blankets and towels quickly upon request. There were enough blankets provided but my kids requested an extra. Great view of the pool area and ocean! Quick walk to the lobby, pool, other phases. Over all this was a great room. I cooked every day and had everything i needed as far as cooking utensils and appliances. I would suggest bringing spices and such. Other vacation rentals I've stayed in had some basics. This one has salt and pepper. Also bring laundry detergent if you plan on taking advantage of the in room washer and dryer. This condo was perfect for my family and the owner was kind and quick to respond every time i reached out.

Publié le 25 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayI stay at Las Palomas every time. However this time I was extremely annoyed by the band that played on the beach every day. It was too much and I could not enjoy peaceful time on my balcony. I also wish that they would play the music by the pool louder so you can hear it.

Hi Christa- I’m very sorry to hear about your experience. Obviously, this issue has nothing to do with our condo and would be out of our control. When you leave a review on VRBO, it is unit specific, not for the hotel. This feedback would have been much better left for the hotel instead of our private condo. We hope your experience is better the next time!

Publié le 30 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayFirst time staying at a resort in rocky point it was very nice and everything on the property made it convenient for us as they have restaurants, coffee spot, room service, and so much more I really liked that you can also get your condo cleaned during your stay. You’re also directly on the beach and the pools are very nice overall best experience ever. I highly recommend

Hello! We just stayed with you this weekend and I wanted to share about my experience. The resort and unit were beautiful. The food at the restaurant was great. However, our experience with the towel service policy and how it was handled basically ruined the visit. Within an hour of checking in, one of our hotel pool towels was stolen while we were swimming with our kids. Apparently this is somewhat common so that people don't have to pay the $25 fee. We reported it to multiple people but no one cared. They wanted the money. I would recommend continuously guarding your towels or just bring your own. Aside from that, the stay was great!

Only issue is I requested early check in the day before, was told no prob, I showed up the next day (an hour after they said I could early check in) and the room wasn’t ready. Otherwise all staff was amazing, the resort was not crowded at all, super relaxing!
