Publié le 16 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay. The room was lacking some of the items we have previously had in other rooms. The bunkroom door knob was broken along with the safe. We never did get to have our room cleaned because of timing. Overall the stay was nice and would recommend.

Great getaway at a secure resort
Publié le 14 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayGood overall stay. It has a beautiful ocean view. The master bedroom mattress was outdated. The middle sliding door needed maintenance and could barely open. Kids bunk bedroom door handle was inoperable. Refrigerator drawers broken and the light bulb inside was the wrong size. Someone used a regular bulb vs a refrigerator bulb, which caused the drawers not to close correctly. Besides these minor maintenance items, it was an enjoyable stay—a nice, roomy place. We always enjoy Las Palamos when we bring our family to Mexico. I would recommend this unit.
