We have carefully appointed Two 50 Gallon water heaters so you will not run out of warm water. Beyond that we have integrated a high end WHOLE HOME WATER PURIFICATION system so you can enjoy drinking water that is safe for cooking, consuming, brushing your teeth and showering and bathing.

We have 2 underground assigned parking spaces that are steps from the 2 air conditioned elevators and we have a private code for the elevator to access only our floor which is shared by 1 other Penthouse that is not a rental.
