Great location but byo paper towels!
Publié le 26 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayA little outdated, no paper towels, no soap/shampoo which is a first for any rental we've been to in Rocky Point (and we've been going the last 18 years!).
They have a couple of chairs you can take to the beach but beware, they're rusty/broken.

Beautiful condo
Publié le 25 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed 3 nights and it was amazing. Very clean property and very private. The beach was smooth and had great space. The pools were warm and clean. On site security, restaurants, and convenience store. Great coffee shop on site and breakfast there was delicious. Condo had everything you could possibly need and in close proximity to grocery store.

Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe apartment was nice, clean and very spacious for our family of 3. Great view from the balcony and the kitchen was very well stacked even though I did not use it much.
There were no beach towels to use so make sure you bring your own. Hated that every where in the resort everything had to be paid by cash only.

beautiful condo!!! but in my opinion it needs more cleaning
and fix some damaged things
the kitchen sink leaks water and the blankets smell like they weren't washed properly.
We had a pleasant time but I do recommend paying more attention to those details.Thanks
