The villa was really nice, clean, big, and the pool was perfect for my son and the location is great, close to the beach, to the malecón ,stores, and restaurants ,I definitely going back to the villa.

When I was checking where to stay in puerto Peñasco I was looking for something new I always stay at a resort like las palomas but it was booked so I tried this villas which it looked ok on the hotels.com app so I booked a two night stay with a total of 5 people but there was another family with not kidding when I say this it was 20 people or more in one villa couldn't use the pool because there was always 10 children in there. The room itself was ok the only thing is that no one is there to see what's going on my viilas garage did not have a door so my some beach chairs were stolen from who I have no idea but other than that it was ok

Cliente insatisfecho:falta comunicación celular.

Fueron varios detalles incómodos, llegando no sabíamos que teníamos que ir a la oficina por control y código, después había cucarachas muertas por doquier, no teníamos shampoo en regaderas, ni toallas suficientes, ningún empleado al pendiente para preguntar si se ofrecía algo, y para cerrar con broche de oro, el último día hubo que volver a la oficina para dejar control y verificar pago del 50% restante y cuál sorpresa que en realidad ya se habían cargado el total a lo tarjeta.
