Rooms were quite nice, but our section of the resort was under some repair which wasn't very convenient.

The rooms where old fashion and the front desk staff will give you wrong information

Apartments are big but everything is far and little complicated to navigate to no bar or restaurant on site and the pool on site needs maintenance not the best look for a place so call 5 Star people insist to much on sealing you vacation packages to the point that is uncomfortable and aggravating food could be better not what I was expecting at all basically is only 5 Star if you become a club member

Activities are too far distance apart and limited to your package. Food was mediocre and repetitive. Would recommend as a mid level resort for the price and value.

Please do not stay here! Staff and everything was very poor! Definitely not worth the money save yourself a headache!

Should have paid more for a better resort
Posted Jun. 24, 2024 on HotelsWe got 2 rooms and both had the shower glass cracked. The guy that took us to the breakfast buffet in the morning dropped us off without prior notice to a tour of hotel where they get you to try to buy like a time share. To top it off all the restaurants and buffet are very far from our room and had to take over 45 min to have their shuttle take us . The shuttle was tiny and therefore sometimes we had to wait for 3 to come by before we were able to get in one. Most shuttles had no air and were hot.
