Staff is polite and helpful. Overall I was fairly happy but the level of noise was somewhat annoying. We had a dog barking till late evening and sometimes in the night waking us up. It was as if there was a window wide open but there wasn’t one. Still it sounded almost if the dog was in our room

Very welcoming hotel. Cynthia was very friendly and helpful. Location close to pier viewing area with many eating options.

Loved to stay here. Cynthia and her husband are so welcoming! And the food she is cooking is amazing. Everything you need is close by :-)

I was the first (and only) guest for a long while, but Freddy and his wife have taken great care of the place.. It was a short walk to many restaurants and to my live-aboard boat in the port.
It will be better when there are more guests and tourists so they can reopen the restobar.

Just a bad design and made worse by a foriegn owner complaining about bills, yelling at staff, degrading staff, and more.
The staff was amazing , an the cook was great!
The first room the door didnt lock and was full of bugs and with the air it never got below 90F in the room. The staff moved me when I asked for bug spray and 2nd room wa as better. Cooler, cleaner and no bugs.
Strangely the beds had a bottom sheet and a comforter, not top sheet? Absolutely no need for a blanket or comforter...
Again I would avoid this place..

Tolles Hotel, nettes Personal
Publié le 4 mai 2019 sur HotelsAuf meiner Reise auf den Philippinen sicherlich das beste Hotel, dass ich erlebt habe. Sauberes Zimmer, ein nettes Personal und eine Lage, die für PP sicher mit zu den Besten gehört.
Ein Stern Abzug beim Komfort für eine Klimaanlage, die aufs Fußende des Bettes tropfte.

thank you very much for suchn a lovely comment, but we do apologize for the enconvenience of our aircondition. due to a very hot weather we are constantly having trouble with aircondition, and getting a technician is such a problem here too. again we do apologize i hope to see you again in the future. enjoy the rest of your stay here in the philippines.

GESTIONE PESSIMA DELL'HOTEL... IRRAGGIUNGILE TELEFONICAMENTE.. UNA VOLTA ARRIVATI PROBLEMI DI OVERBOOKING DELLA STRUTTURA... CI HANNO PORTATO IN UN'ALTRO HOTEL DI PESSIMA QUALITA'. SCONSIGLIATO
