restaurants bad internet would disappear as soon as you went in your room. Was never fixed to work. A/C barely kept room comfortable. Very noisy. Owner and staff live there and would cook eat and laugh until 1am in the morning. To many other places around to stay here again

such a lie. first of all we finished our cleaning the restaurant before 11 pm. the noise that u heard is from the room next to you. you just blame us because we are the one who clean the restaurant that you see. all the laughs and talks that you heard is from the guests next to you. we informed the guest to be quite since everyone is sleeping. for the internet connection, we cannot control it since the time you stay with us has a typhoon. we are in island I hope you understand. even us, here in the office cant reply the emails and messages of the quiries. we have 2 internet provider here, a PLDT AND GLOBE. but we are sad to say that both does not work that time.

Publié le 2 juill. 2023 sur HotelsPeople were drinking until late hours of the night and making a lot of noise, informed the owner on multiple days that the noise was excessive and keeping me up all night but nothing was done to correct the situation.

Hello, ma'am! We really apologize what occurred. We know that you are aware that we have previously informed them of the time of the noise. And there is information on the silent period posted at our hotel. We remind them every day, but we can't manage them because they occupy 11 of the 12 rooms. But we never stop reminding them that there is another person in the room next to them. But we have no control over them. We sincerely apologize. Also, thank you for staying with us.

I had a great stay here back in 2019 however my stay here in 2023 was disappointing due to 2 noisy roosters that reside on the property and would wake me up at 4 in the morning. I strongly suggest that the owner prioritise his guests peace and quiet over his prized roosters.

Very engaging owner’s and staff. Willing to provide whatever you need. Very Efficient and Effective service delivery. Family oriented atmosphere. I will stay here a long time.

The staff were so helpful in entertaining our needs. My wife had ear infection and they helped us to find an ear specialist and drove us around.

Contre : Better Wifi signal for all rooms and better communication with expedia on the prices for you rooms and sticking to what was promised to the costumer
Friendly staff that helped us find a tour guide and transportation, booked a king size bed but got a queen, wifi signal was bad in our room but the pros are a very clean room and great meals i would overall recommend this to my friends
