Hotel très mal situé, au milieu de nulle part. Coffre fort pas fixé, donc pas utilisable. Des traces de moisissures dans la douche. Petit déjeuner très local. Heureusement, le personnel est attentionné. A eviter si on n'a pas de moyen de locomotion.

Très serviable, très acceuillant, un peu loin du centre mais ils se debrouillent pour vous y amener, tres belle vue, chambre spacieuse, le personnel est genial, le restaurant est bon. Je recommande vivement

notre séjour fut très agréable et je recommande fortement cet hotel. Le personnel est toujours à l'écoute et à votre disposition. Le restaurant propose des plats locaux et étrangers de grande qualité. Je saurai où aller lors de mon prochain retour à puerto princesa.

Magnifique vue à Puerto Princesa

(Presque) très bon séjour. Hôtel en dehors du centre-ville, donc très calme, avec une magnifique vue. Buffet petit-déjeuner correct, avec des spécialités du pays mais aussi des oeufs brouillés et des céréales. Piscine bien entretenue. Rien à redire sur le service de visites touristiques en collaboration avec une agence locale, les guides sont très agréables. Quelques points manquent pour que ce soit parfait : le restaurant n'est pas terrible, il y a régulièrement des malentendus avec le personnel (qui est très très chaleureux par ailleurs), et d'autres petits détails que je considère peu importants.

Female Staff Untrained

The hotel is good for a short stay. My room had all types of bugs to include bed bugs. The female staff needs training on how to interact with solo female guests. They kept staring 😮. I guess their way of seeing if you can afford the bill, they asked, where's your husband ❓❓I was asked that question a lot in the Philippines, but it was very noticable at this hotel. I found it interesting that the male staff were more comfortable serving and being in my presence. The experience made me feel as though I was in a mere 3 start hotel versus a resort.

It's off the main roads but minutes away from them. It has a view to die for. The staff as most of the Filipino people are, well just super polite and gracious. If I go back to Palawan I know where I will stay. Worth a visit and you'll see why, plus the food and breakfast is incredible not to mention the rooftop bar and beautiful swimming pool.

Incredibly disappointed with our stay. When we arrived, despite having a confirmed booking they didn’t have enough room for our entire stay. Housekeeping didn’t visit our rooms unless specifically asked, building works going on at all hours, transfers given away, and awful communication. The staff was nice but unable to help at most occasions, due to poor management. I would not stay here again and would urge other to never stay here to avoid stress and disappointment.

The property is very nice, but has potential to be better. It needs a western manager to come in and take over operations for a little while to increase efficiency of the staff as well as the training of the staff. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but just didn’t seem to have the training to know how to make the operation run smoothly, and to help generate more income for the hotel.
