There was no FO personnel when we got to the hotel at around 2am. It's good though that the security guard can let us to our reserved room. FO personnel gets in by 9am, and until this time, there is only the security guard who can attend to our concerns. Breakfast selection is very limited, and again, they can only start taking breakfast orders from 8am. Water flow for the bathroom was really low at first, it can't even go up to the shower head. The cable for TV channels is not working either. The elevators were not also working. The room, the beds, the lobby, and the pools are great because they are new, but the service is really not good. Sorry.
